Here's the Wayn Dyer video I reference on 10 Principles of The Power of Intention.  At 3:00 he gets into the 3rd principle (there are no justified resentments) and talks about how most people are looking for opportunities to be offended.  I think he's just amazing.

Whether you realize it or not, we are all choosing humans.  The question is, are you choosing consciously or unconsciously. 
I wanted to bring this topic out in the open, where Lindsey Rocha and I break it down, especially how it impacts your work and the people you choose to surround yourself with. 
This is one of those simple but not easy things.  If you're working at a company that has a toxic culture, the bad news is you are choosing to remain there.  And the good news is you can choose to leave.  But first we need to realize that we are always choosing.  Once you become aware of this, everything will change for the better.
