The American Small Business League’s Don’t Cheat Women Project wants Congress to raise from 5% to 15% the amount of federal contract dollars that must go to Women‑Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) 

Women own about 40% of all businesses in America. They sell what the government buys. But firms owned by men receive over 95% of federal contract dollars and WOSBs can get as little as 1% in any given year (despite the government’s claims to the contrary).

Every 1% increase in small business contracts creates 100,000 jobs. If WOSBs got 15% of federal contracts, 1.5 million jobs could be created.

DCW also wants to stop H.R. 8511 and S. 4390, bills that would end federal contracting programs for women-owned and minority-owned small businesses. If passed, thousands of businesses could close, around one million jobs might not get created, agencies would be prevented from tracking who receives federal contracts, and 100% of federal contract spending could go to companies owned by men.

The American Small Business League spoke with Anna Wilding, who ran for Congress as a Democrat in California’s District 32, whom we endorsed. The June 2 primary was won by incumbent Rep. Brad Sherman, who has held the seat since 1997.

“I’m glad I ran. I ran a good, clean race. But I don’t think the American public is being told the complete truth about how these elections are run.”

“[At the start of the race] I was contacted by all the pollsters, and they said, you pay us $7,000 to $20,000. We go to 500 people in your district in an area you choose, and we keep polling until you get the results you want, that you can go out to the public with. I was told this across the board, by about 10 pollsters [by the end of the race]. It’s mind-boggling. Mind-boggling. So I don’t listen to any pollsters now. This race has been a journey.”

Since the June 2 primary, “In California, there have been a lot of stories of election fraud. In my race there appears to have been voter manipulation.” The L.A. District Attorney has received multiple complaints about fraud and manipulation in a number of races in the area.

“Across Los Angeles races we’re seeing results that don’t reflect necessarily what was happening on the ground in [those] campaigns. There are a lot of people [Republicans and Democrats] who are shocked or concerned by the results.”

“A woman was arrested recently for paying for votes on Skid Row and throughout Los Angeles. She paid people to vote a certain way, [for] Karen Bass or Nithya Raman and various candidates down-ballot, so we know without question that there has been voter fraud and that there has been ballot harvesting going on.”

“[My campaign] had solutions in abundance. I have a lot of experience that I was bringing to the table. I fix problems. America must start working on and resolving its issues [and stop battling so much over politics and ideologies]. American elections should be clean and fair.”

Ballots were mailed to all 39.5 million Californians. Problems include delays, as many arrive by mail, and authenticity. Are all the ballots coming from legitimate, registered voters?

The American Small Business League spoke with Ronnie Murchinson-Rivera, running for Congress as a Democrat in Florida’s District 6.

Raised in New York City, Ronnie started serving his community as a young teenager. After meeting the young woman who would become his wife, he became an EMS (Emergency Medical Services) professional, then he and his wife formed a non-profit to help veterans and homeless people in many ways, including helping people get insurance and food and Christmas toys. “We did a lot, giving back to the community.”

From his website, “Ronnie was elected to the District Education Council (School Board) in New York City and as a Vice-President of the Parent Teacher Association,” volunteer positions, as was his time as a music teacher. Ronnie has also been a Youth Football coach.

In Florida, he joined law enforcement to prove that not all cops are bad. In his 10-year career, “I never pepper-sprayed anybody. I never tased anybody. I never shot anybody. I talked.” He saw bad behavior driven by underlying issues and problems that could be greatly helped by better government, by more affordable living and better healthcare. Ronnie is running to give power back to the people. He accepts no corporate money or AIPAC money. He’s working for the people.

But first, did you know that less than 10% of Americans ever contact a Representative or Senator about anything? Can you imagine if everyone complaining about political things actually contacted Congress about the things that bother them? Do you know what a difference that would make? Can you imagine how things might improve?

The bills in the House and the Senate are identical would hurt thousands of businesses, deprive the economy of hundreds of thousands of new jobs, decrease competition, weaken the federal supply chain, and steer probably 100% of federal contract dollars to companies owned by men.

That must not be allowed to happen. Women own 40% of all businesses. They sell what the government buys. Rather than abolish the government’s goal that 5% of federal contracts should go to women-owned small businesses, that goal should be raised to something more fair, like 15%.

Women need all the economic help they can get. Men earn and save more than women, so they dominate in politics. Men give more to campaigns, and so they have more influence with the winners. And it’s easier for them to run for office.

Men hold roughly 75% of all seats in the House, the Senate, every State Legislature and president’s cabinet, almost that many Governorships, and 90% of Committee Chair and party leadership positions.

We need the whole human race in the councils of government. Women-owned small businesses need more support, not less.

His district, in southwest Florida, is suffering from the Canadian boycott, the downturn in tourism caused by President Trump’s trade policies. The topsy-turvy tariffs of the past year and the uncertainty they cause are hurting the local economy and the area’s small businesses.

The current Representative, Greg Steube, “won’t even have a town hall meeting. He won’t talk to the people in the district,” Allen said. “That’s un-American. There’s a fundamental problem with that.”

With a petition asking that the incumbent conduct a town hall meeting, Allen went to Mr. Steube’s district office and found that it was really a fake office. Allen filed an Ethics Complaint against the incumbent for that. “He won’t even listen to constituents who are scared of leaving their homes because of their skin color. They’re afraid of being arrested by ICE. We need a revolution at the ballot box.”

Allen thinks Congress is dysfunctional. “We need to increase the size of the House of Representatives. For the first 150 years of our history, the size of the House grew as our population grew. Then it was capped at 435 in 1929. This is what you see in two elections this century where the president has lost the national popular vote but has won in the Electoral College because smaller States are over-represented in the Electoral College.”

William is a decorated combat veteran and award-winning navy communicator with 22 years in the military before working for six years at Meta. His website is www.WilliamMarks.com.

What are your takeaways, lessons from your recent campaign?

As a candidate for the House, you can be competitive in three ways. First, have two hundred thousand dollars to spend on day-one. You can hire a team. Build infrastructure. Set up your technology stack. And attract more money. “It takes money to get money.”

The second way to be competitive on day-one is to already be famous. A celebrity. An athlete. An astronaut. Already have name recognition.

The third way can be called the organic way, which is to have lived in the same area for decades and built up a large network. It helps if you’re maybe a small business owner or a teacher, something like that, where you interact with the public quite a bit.

“I started out with none of those things,” William said. “But the Republican incumbent (Roger Williams) had not had a challenger since 2020. And I felt that the people at least deserve a choice. So, I decided to run.” To run a lean campaign. Use social media for all the free marketing possible. Do it full-time. William is a good public speaker. He did over 200 personal events over seven or eight months. He walked 380 miles.

After 3 or 4 months of campaigning, Republicans in Texas redrew the district to try to win more seats. Now William was unknown in much of the new district. He had been campaigning in its old lines to people who now couldn’t vote for him.

“But when people met me and heard my positions, they got on the team. They were very enthusiastic.” Primaries are less about your positions, more about name recognition. William ran against someone who had ninety years of family name recognition, Dion Sims.

“I’m confident the Democratic party will flip the House.”

The American Small Business League called the office of Republican incumbent Roger Williams recently about our www.DontCheatWomen.com goals (see below). He’s the chairman of the House Small Business Committee. Basically, we were told, that sounds DEI. We’re Republicans. So, we’re not going to do anything about that. William said, “Roger Williams is no friend of small business.” He inherited a car dealership that makes him a millionaire many times over.

Amanda Bell is running for Congress as a Democrat in Wisconsin’s 6th District, where she was raised on a farm, then worked in local factories, then for 25 years she was with the U.S. Geological Survey, rising to Deputy Director of that multi-state federal agency, leading teams that studied and protected our nation’s most vital natural resources.

Amanda’s top priority is going out and listening to the people in her District, to show them that that’s what she will do as their Representative. “It’s time for politicians to be quiet and just listen to what people are struggling with.”

Amanda’s whole career has been about public service. Helping others. “We should have elected officials whose hearts sing because they get to help others, rather than just trying to get ahead in their careers.”

Her parents taught to do a good hard work every day. Her community taught her to make sure that her neighbors were okay. When someone was injured or their house burned down, they all got together to make sure those neighbors had what they needed to get back on their feet.

That’s the kind of public servant that America is looking for (and the kind that Amanda will be).

Professionally, Amanda focused on being a good steward of our land and resources (among her top priorities for the House). Clean air. Clean water. Without them, we will not survive.

The quality of American education is another priority. The next generation must be given the highest quality foundational knowledge and experiences.

Also important is a strong economy, with emphasis on the health of our small businesses. Everything is rising in cost. Good-paying jobs are essential.

Why did you choose to run?

Things changed quickly for federal employees at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) when the Trump administration arrived last year. Amanda was on the management team of a $33 million dollar portion of the agency’s budget, overseeing three states, in charge of 13 facilities and a 120-vehicle fleet.

She could have stayed silent and spent the next 12 years until retirement, but the DOGE cuts opened her eyes. To fire everyone hired in the last year, no matter how talented and committed, as the only criteria for trimming expenses made no sense. Her Representative in Congress seemed ineffectual in response. So, Amanda arranged to retire early, left the federal government, and launched her candidacy for the House in October 2025 “because I want to make sure the people are represented.”

Sanjyot Dunung is running as a Democrat for Congress in Illinois’s District 8. Joshus decided to run after seeing the amount of taxpayer dollars lost to fraud and the lack of accountability exposed by the DOGE investigations. A small business owner, he knows that “Regulations are really built for large corporations that have teams of lawyers and lobbyists, not for the family business, the small businesses that have less than 100 employees.”

“In my normal messaging, there are two things that are important: the Veterans Administration and small businesses. Then [third], the education of our American youth. Those are the top three that I talk about in my [campaign] messaging.”

Josh took a medical retirement from the military after a brain tumor was discovered, believed to be caused by a traumatic brain injury. After surgery, the VA had no doctor for him.

“I ended up having 8 strokes in 9 months and lost my ability to speak and I was walking with a cane. It was January a year ago when I got my speech back. It was a struggle, to see how the VA had forgotten about me. They didn’t have the resources to treat every vet that comes through those doors.”

“My voice came back, and an MRI came back clean. There was medical explanation of how there was nothing there or what happened or how I healed.”

“I know by the grace of God is how I healed. So, the VA for me is at the top of the list, so our veterans, our heroes, get access to the care they need. Alabama is ranked 49th for mental healthcare access. So, unfortunately, when you hear of a veteran committing suicide, look at Alabama because it’s probably where it happened. We just had one happen at the beginning of the New Year. We’ve got focus on what’s going on in the VA. Somewhere, there’s a problem. We’ve got to get that resolved.”

That requires an overhaul of the Small Business Administration (SBA). It should expose, not cover up, the billions of dollars in small business contracts that go to large corporations every year.

“When [federal agencies] classify large businesses as small businesses [for the purpose of awarding small business contracts], they’re just giving corporate welfare to these large businesses, taking away from those true, local community small businesses.”

“Roger Williams strolls into chambers of commerce and pretends he’s a champion for small business when you and I know [he’s] really protecting big businesses.”

Lloyd said, “It’s worse than that. Not only are they protecting big business. They’re anti-small business. The current budget under the Republican Congress and Trump cuts the SBA budget to its lowest in history, lower than the budget it had 50 years ago.”

“And Trump’s trying to close offices around the country that help women-owned businesses and veteran-owned businesses.”

After the military, William listened to the needs of thousands of small businesses around the country and supported them with hundreds of thousands of dollars of grants through Meta, his employer.

Shouldn’t he stand for Wyoming?

Jimmy’s building a tool to gauge public opinion about political issues and policies, to get public input on “hot button topics. If you can’t gauge what your constituency wants, then how do you represent them?”

Federal overreach is a big concern. If solutions can be created at the county or state levels, they should be. Then states can ask for federal help if they need it. The states are different. “It’s not one size fits all. We’re all a little different.”

Some of the Democratic Socialists are abolitionists. They want to abolish the police. “Completely insane. Not something that businesspeople signed up for. Not something that families signed up for. L.A. can again be an amazing city, an amazing region [but we also have to] rebuild whole parts of the U.S.”

“I’m talking about a $5 trillion-dollar national infrastructure bank as a start.” For example, “For every dollar that that U.S. government put into the G.I. Bill, which [let people buy, find or start] starter homes and jobs and businesses, the economy got back $6 or $7 dollars. It spurred local banking. It spurred local activity.”

“The American Association of Civil Engineers has said that we have at least a $4 trillion-dollar deficit in our infrastructure. [We get straight Cs, Ds and Fs on their report card.] Bridges. Roads. It’s just a disaster.”

“My campaign is really to revive an honest assessment of who we are, where we are, especially as we come into the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 2026. We have all these [anniversaries] to reflect on as we rebuild the nation. It’s going to take a generation to do a lot of what we have to do.”

Highlights:

Ronnie was raised in New York City. His EMS godmother inspired him with stories of helping people. He volunteered as a teen for ambulance services and qualified in EMS at the age of 18.

At 21 he formed a non-profit on Rockaway Beach to provide free or low-cost ambulance services to compensate for the 30-minute wait that the community was dealing with. That effort was thwarted but they did other good things for the community.

In 2017 he moved to Florida and became a policeman, then deputy sheriff. The current representative of his district has pulled funding from teachers and from schools. Because of such things, Ronnie launched his campaign for the House of Representatives.

He’s unhappy about the government shutdown, which is hurting millions of people and will hurt more if SNAP benefits (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) expire on November 1 as they are scheduled to.

He is a staunch supporter of women’s rights, proud to be part of the Democratic Party with its tradition of being “the party of the people, working for the good of all the people.”

Healthcare is important because he saw people literally choose to die rather call an ambulance and face a high bill, between $900 and $1,500 where he was in NYC.

“Candidates should run to end discrimination against women in federal contracting. They’d be crazy not to.”

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 99.9% of all businesses are small businesses. Small businesses create the vast majority of all net new jobs. They employ half the workforce. America is a small business economy.

They are supposed to get at least 23% of all federal contract dollars, with 5% going to women-owned small businesses.

Here’s the problem:

Women are half the population. They own 40% of all businesses. They sell what the government buys. How is 5% even remotely fair? It’s not. And they almost never get that much. The government admits that women got 5% twice in the last 30 years, in 2015 and 2019.

Half the taxpayers (women) are getting less than 5% of federal contracts, while men are getting 95%. Lloyd thinks that is illegal; that a lawsuit for discrimination would win under the Civil Rights Act. (Should women pay 5% of taxes and men pay 95%?)

The federal government is the world’s biggest purchaser of goods and services, projected to spend $800 billion in 2025. Lloyd says it’s actually twice that. But the point is, it buys everything, including what is made by women-owned small businesses.

Women own over 14 million businesses. They generate $2.7 trillion in annual revenue. They employ 12 million people. They are a force to be reckoned it.

And elections are won by small margins, often. Candidates who champion our goal of raising from 5% to 15% the contract dollars that must go to women-owned small businesses (WOSBs) will win, we believe. That would raise to 23% the contracts going to small businesses in general and create an economic boom.

The Chair of the Senate small business committee in 2010 said that for every 1% increase in contracts to small businesses, 100,000 jobs get created. If WOSBs got 15% and all small businesses 33%, that would be 3.3 million new jobs created on top of the 2 million jobs that America typically creates every year, a gigantic economic surge for the middle class.

“Why would you not want to do that?”

Plus, it would help women become political equals. Men dominate because they earn and save more than women.

Men donate more to campaigns and therefore have more influence with politicians. Men run and win more offices than women. Men hold roughly 75% of all seats in the House, the Senate, all state legislatures, all presidents’ cabinets… almost that many governor chairs … and 90% of committee chair and party leadership positions.

When women participate as equals in the councils of government, Lloyd says we might have fewer wars.

Lloyd said the government cheats small businesses in two ways.

First, Fortune 500 firms get hundreds of billions of dollars in contracts that are called small business contracts (blamed on miscodings or computer glitches). Second, the government excludes at least half of all federal acquisitions from the requirement that 23% of those should go to small businesses.

He boosted a post that had 300,000 views. Some say your views (300,000) should get 1% comments (3,000). It got 11 comments.

A few days ago, a year’s worth of posts disappeared off Lloyd’s profile. He asked www.perplexity.ai, “Is it true that X removed over a year’s worth of posts from Lloyd Chapman’s profile,” and it said yes. He posted that Perplexity-answer on X. Within moments, his posts were restored.

Lloyd mostly posts perplexity.ai answers to the questions he asks. He posts very little personal opinion.

None of his followers can see his posts. The people who comment, etc., are not his followers. And most responses are attacks. Musk lied when he said there’s free speech on X, says Lloyd.

When Lloyd asked Perplexity, if people can prove that paying to boost a post does nothing, could they win a class-action lawsuit against X for breach of contract and fraud, for fabricating the number of views on posts? Perplexity said yes. The damages could be millions and billions of dollars.

It’s the Pentagon doing this censorship, Lloyd says, under the guise of censoring hate speech. Search for the programs called WiseDex and Civil Sanctuary. They are U.S. government AI censorship programs.

As of late 2025, there are between five and seven active artificial intelligence–based censorship and surveillance programs operating across major U.S.-based social media platforms, funded or directed through different federal agencies and legislative mandates. They vary in openness—some are public initiatives, while others operate through interagency data-sharing or “safety” partnerships with private tech firms.

Lloyd has sued many agencies of the federal government, mostly the Pentagon, since 1989, winning 100+ legal battles, exposing fraud and corruption in federal contracting.

They don’t like that. And they want you to stop. Often, they’ll fabricate a federal case against you. “That’s a common thing.” To ruin your life. Lloyd has had a lot of things happen to him.

Around 2010, a white van parked near Lloyd’s office, day after day, disturbing the staff, feeling he may have been a peeping Tom. So, they got the license plate number, and a cop friend looked it up. It belonged to Federal Express.

So, Lloyd called Federal Express and explained the situation. They said, “We don’t have unmarked vehicles. All of ours are marked Federal Express. So that’s not one of ours.”

Lloyd happened to go to Washington, to the Spy Museum, and on a wall was a series of pictures of what looked like a CIA swat team leaving a van to do a mission. It was a Federal Express van.

So, back at the office, the white van eventually re-appeared across the street. They got the license plate and again, the cop friend said it’s Federal Express. So, Lloyd called them again and got the same lady. He told her that the van was back, but since it didn’t belong to them – right? – he said he was going to drag the driver out and call the police.

The van never returned.

Was the van using a Stingray, a device to download everything on your Wi-Fi, to capture data from the American Small Business League?

Then Lloyd met a man who had flown with the Flying Tigers, which had been purchased by Federal Express. When Lloyd told him the white van story, the man said that all federal surveillance vehicles are registered to Federal Express. That makes sense. On secret missions, would CIA or FBI vehicles, if captured, want to be discovered as CIA or FBI vehicles? No. Better to be registered to Federal Express.

Then the man said that FedEx is like an arm of the government, with a larger intelligence operation than most federal agencies. Bruce (co-host) mentioned that the Flying Tigers worked with or were part of the Office of Strategic Services, the forerunner of the CIA, and that Fred Smith, FedEx founder, was a member of Skull and Bones, the secret society at Yale University.

“Not every member of Skull and Bones goes onto a career in intelligence or helps their friends in intelligence,” but it’s quite the coincidence, if that’s what it is.

Lloyd confronted other “intimidators” and told more stories.

In 2001, Lloyd exposed the fact that Fortune 500 firms were getting most of the contracts meant for small businesses.

People don’t know that the Small Business Act of 1953 is the largest economic stimulus planned ever passed by Congress for the American people. It’s designed to create jobs and channel federal spending to the middle class.

Two to three hundred billion dollars would go to small businesses, and they would create millions of new jobs, if they got the contracts to which they are entitled. Unfortunately, those contracts go to big businesses instead.

In 1989, Lloyd Chapman began beating the Pentagon in court, exposing how it gives small business contracts to big businesses.

In retaliation, the Pentagon launched the Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan Test Program, which hides its continuing malfeasance in the awarding of small business contracts.

Censored on X, New YouTube Channel 

Lloyd’s posts on X used to get many likes and comments. Up to 3 million views a week. One post got 1.8 million views. He’s got 18,000 followers.

But when he posted things critical of the Pentagon and its trillions of dollars of accounting adjustments over the past 25 years, his followers stopped interacting (eventually they reached him and said they no longer could see his posts) and strangers started attacking him.

He went to their profiles. Most often, they were brand new, with no followers, following nobody, and had no original posts. Clearly, they were fake accounts or “bot” accounts.

Lloyd suspected censorship by algorithms or AI and searched and found that intelligence agencies, the Pentagon, and many private corporations deploy AI censorship programs on many social media platforms.

Lloyd grew up super-patriotic. It’s crushing to see the extent of censorship happening on X, a platform whose owner brags that it’s a free speech platform. It’s crushing to see that, “If you post the facts on X, you’re going to get censored.”

Lloyd would say that the Pentagon controls X. He feels he is being specifically targeted because he has sued the Pentagon dozens and dozens of times – and won.

So, he started a YouTube channel called “Censored on X”. He uses perplexity.ai a lot. He asked, “Is up to 75% of the activity on X computer/AI-generated?” Perplexity’s answer: yes.

To that degree, X is basically pointless.

We discuss:

The July 2024 Trump assassination attempt. Nothing about it makes sense. The shooter was seen by a number of people for about an hour before President Trump took the stage, and security and/or police were alerted to his presence before Trump started speaking, and yet nothing was done to stop him.

The accused assassin’s rifle didn’t have a scope. It had a red-dot site, or “quick acquisition” site, appropriate for short-range work, like clearing buildings, not for distance shooting which typically needs a scope, yet his shots were in a tight pattern, something like a three-foot diameter. Was there another shooter behind him farther away?

Why hasn’t Trump mentioned it? Does he know who arranged it and he’s afraid to pursue the perpetrators? Where are the primetime reports on what is known? Did they come and go quickly? It’s like the shooting never happened.

Also discussed: the government’s high-tech, AI censorship of free speech on social media, particularly how Lloyd is being censored on X.com.

The bill Lloyd helped write that was sponsored by Rep. Hank Johnson in 2009, which went nowhere: It should have been a no-brainer. The Fairness and Transparency in Contracting Act. Don’t give small business contracts to Fortune 500 firms. Its main goals were, according to perplexity.ai:

“…to improve fairness, transparency, and accessibility in federal contracting for small businesses. Key provisions included:

“Restricting Small Business Classification: The act prohibited publicly traded and foreign-owned companies (or their subsidiaries) from being classified as U.S. small businesses for government contracting purposes. This aimed to ensure that only genuinely small businesses benefited from small business set-aside contracts.

“Increased Transparency: It required timely reporting of small business contract holders, including listing them under their parent companies' names to prevent large firms from hiding behind smaller subsidiaries.

“Maximizing Small Business Opportunities: The act aligned with broader policies to ensure a "fair proportion" of federal contract dollars went to small businesses, established government-wide goals for such contracts, and tasked the Small Business Administration (SBA) with restructuring procurements to enhance small business participation.

“These measures sought to curb abuses in the system, promote competition, and create more opportunities for legitimate small businesses in federal contracting.”

What is the basic problem?

Federal law says that 23% of all federal contracts should go to small businesses. 98% of all businesses have less than one hundred employees. (That should be the largest size standard used.) And it’s been reported for more than 20 years that billions in federal contracts every month are intentionally diverted to Fortune 500 firms and their subsidiaries, and to other known-to-be large firms.

We believe President Trump is going to close the SBA.

We want to save the SBA and stop big firms from getting federal contracts that are supposed to go to small businesses, which are 99.9% of all American businesses.

They are supposed to get 23% of federal contracts.

But they only get 3%. 97% goes to big businesses. Because the SBA FALSIFIES compliance with the 23% goal, a scandal and an outrage that almost no one knows about.

The massive censorship Lloyd is experiencing on X. The AI-powered censorship programs used by the federal government to suppress free speech on social media and, presumably, other platforms.

For over 30 years he has worked to protect the interest of our nation’s 34 million small businesses.” Kennedy was running for president. He said, “My first day in office, I’m going to do everything you said.”

Summary and paraphrasing:

Why do Republicans hate small businesses? Why is every president under pressure to close the Small Business Administration? Why ignore and never mention small businesses?

99.9 percent of U.S. firms are small businesses. The average U.S. company has 10 employees. 87% have 20 employees or less. They are supposed to get 23% of all federal contracts. Federal agencies pretend to obey the law. They say they’re steering contracts to small businesses. But in fact small business get only about 3% of federal contracts annually, and 97% of contracts go to the world’s biggest companies, one-tenth of one percent of U.S. firms.

The economy would boom if presidents did their job and executed the law, the 1953 Small Business Act that says small businesses are supposed to get 23% of all federal contracts. It would double or triple the number of new jobs created. It would lower the rate of crime, domestic violence and homelessness.

The Pentagon seems to be the biggest enemy of small businesses. (And Congress ignores the fact that the Pentagon admits that $35 trillion dollars is missing. There should be nationally televised investigations to find that missing money.)

The driver who killed those people in New Orleans was probably in broke and in debt. The country is headed for economic collapse. We’re $36 trillion dollars in debt and we acquire another trillion dollars in debt every 90 days. It’s unsustainable.

Insanely, the Pentagon likes our involvement in wars. And we send billions to other countries in foreign aid when, recently, we were told that there wasn’t enough money to help hurricane victims in the South.

Lloyd has worked for 35 years to get the government to stop cheating small businesses. He prompted the first federal investigation into fraud in the government’s small business programs in about 2002. The Government Accountability Office found that over 5,000 of the biggest companies in the world were getting small business contracts. Over 5,000 of the biggest companies on the planet were in the SBA’s database of small businesses.

And when asked what companies have received federal contracts, the SBA is silent. It does not make that information public, nor does it provide it on request. This information should be freely available online.

Reagan tried to close the SBA. Obama tried. It’s stupid to oppose the only agency created to help the 34 million businesses where most American work. Lloyd hopes that Trump will support small businesses. But when he took office in his first term, the SBA budget was the lowest in its history – and Trump cut it even more.

We must oppose any effort by Trump to close the SBA, the only agency created to help small businesses. Hopefully, Republicans won’t say, “We should close the SBA to make government more efficient.”

The federal government is anti-small business. The law says 23% of federal contracts – around $350 Billion annually – is supposed to go to small businesses. Instead, 97% goes to one-tenth of one percent, the biggest companies, and small businesses get only 3%. This is an outrage on par with the JFK assassination, the inside job of 9/11, and the crime against humanity that was the tyranny imposed in the name of Covid-19 and the injuries and deaths caused by the shots.

Only one government agency works for our small businesses, the Small Business Administration. Its main function is to steer 23% of federal contracts to our small businesses. But it has been gutted year after year by presidents of both parties. They have sought to close it. It is, in essence, non-existent. Its budget was bigger in 1981 than it is today. Its budget should be one of the biggest, not the smallest.

Why is this so? Because Fortune 500 companies basically own Congress. They want every penny that the government spends. For 40 years, the Pentagon and its contractors have aggressively tried to repeal the 1953 Small Business Act, which mandates that small businesses are supposed to get 23% of federal contracts.

Trump, in his first term, cut the SBA budget. He did nothing in his first term to directly benefit small businesses. He can fairly be called anti-small business.

Harris arguably could have been controlled, had she won, by the same people making decisions for Biden, the same people, perhaps, who ousted him and installed her as the nominee. Lloyd described how he has been censored for decades and asked Kris about censorship. TrineDay books have been suppressed. Kris’ content used to appear as page-one results on Google. Then Google’s algorithms changed and started keeping his content far from page one.

Both Lloyd and Kris had fathers who worked for the CIA and told them things when they were young that blew their minds. Kris’ father told him in 1969, “The Vietnam war is about drugs. Lloyd was at the presidential debate hosted by Free and Equal Elections, freeandequal.org. He was with Tiffany Cianci, who livestreamed it, as did many others. Moderated by Free & Equal Founder Christina Tobin and former U.S. Comptroller General and No Labels Co-Founder David Walker.

Candidates included Chase Oliver (Libertarian Party), Dr. Jill Stein (Green Party), and Randall Terry (Constitution Party). They don’t expect to become president. They want 3 to 5% of the vote, to get their issues taken seriously and adopted by the winning party. Presidential elections are typically decided by a small percentage. All three complained about Democratic policies, not Republican. They seemed to want to influence the DNC.

Biden and Harris are pushing us toward nuclear war more than any time since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. And we’re heading toward complete economic collapse. Lloyd was impressed by Ms. Stein’s intelligence. “Anyone who supports Bobby Kennedy or Donald Trump, I don’t think they would disagree with anything she said.”

Lloyd spoke to her campaign manager and suggested Ms. Stein become a voice for America’s small businesses and woman-owned small businesses, because nobody else is (except Lloyd). 99.9% of America’s businesses are small businesses, which shocked the campaign manager.

Ms. Stein is really against Israel’s war crimes, the atrocities they’re committing in Gaza. She said she’s Jewish and they were taught after World War 2 never to let genocide happen again, never let a holocaust. But it’s happening right now in Gaza. She talked about that a lot. So did Chase Oliver. Mr. Terry was the opposite. Ms. Stein came down on him hard.

FEMA and the Small Business Administration claim to have no funds for our latest emergencies and catastrophes. Yet we’ve given Israel and Ukraine hundreds of billions in aid.

Tiffany Cianci’s nightmare began when a billionaire-backed private equity firm executed a hostile takeover of her franchise. As RFK Jr said after talking to her, “Nationwide, private equity firms are using dirty tricks and forced arbitration clauses to gobble up the last frontier of the American economy: small businesses and the middle class. But they can—and must—be stopped.”

When Tiffany organized resistance to what the new owners wanted to do, they spent millions of dollars forcing her into bankruptcy and spread lies to destroy her as an example. She and her family continue to fight (going to the New York Times, the New York Post and Washingtonian Magazine). She describes how the middle class is being strip-mined of its wealth.

One person can make a difference. The firm was supposed to buy a dozen businesses in the last two years. Exposure of their practices dissuaded many businesses from going with them. Only one has been bought, and their former president or CEO, Tiffany said, was indicted for fraud and no one else would buy them. “A match made in hell.”

Private equity firms are buying up huge percentages of businesses in different regions, in many adjoining states, for instance HVAC and plumbing. They retain the old, trusted names but raise prices in them all. Customers shop around but find the same higher prices everywhere. Then the controlling firm forces the companies to accept less out of the prices paid, squeezing the service company as it squeezes the customer

Transparency laws are needed. Forced arbitration hides bad conduct. Hundreds of thousands of small businesses are fighting for their lives in secret arbitration and no one knows about it. Many private equity firms impose on franchisees astronomically expensive forced arbitration to settle disputes, mandatory confidentiality, and a mandatory non-disparagement clause. Communities don’t see how their small businesses are being squeezed.

Tiffany can tell her story because the firm was found guilty of defamation, freeing her to restore her name. Every day she talks to politicians at the US Capitol about America’s 785,000 franchisees and how they have personal guarantees in their agreements, and most of their SBA loans are retirement-backed small business loans, meaning they risk losing everything, their savings, retirement, and their homes by the abusive and predatory practices people either don’t know about or can’t talk about.
