Helen will give the background to this randomised controlled trial undertaken during the pandemic and the results showing how automated insulin delivery (AID) in pregnancy can support the tight time in range that is so important for people living with diabetes who are pregnant. They will also explore why this is so important across all stages of pregnancy and the future implications on the care of pregnant women of this study and its results.
