This can be mother’s emotional stress as well as environmental stressors, such as diet and lifestyle.</p><p>Additionally accumulating evidence suggests that maternal psychological and social stress during the pregnancy adversely affects the developing child segueing to a diverse range of poor physical and mental health outcomes.</p><p>For me, this explains so much about the health of kiddies and adults in my clinic space. However, nothing is set in stone, and this means we can make the necessary changes to embrace overall wellbeing. When your child sleeps well, your health also improves!</p><p>Natalie Saul who joins us today is an experienced nurse and midwife who then chose to pursue a career as a sleep consultant. She works with parenting styles and family structure to get the best outcomes for you and your little one by developing a prescription that works with you.
