 Jen shares how the conference reminded her that her worth isn’t in success, recognition, or being liked, but in being created and loved by God, and she reflects on the five-senses stations—especially being prayed over, while the mirror exercise challenged her to see herself through God’s lens. 


She describes taking small, ongoing steps toward forgiveness and renewing strained relationships, discussing how boundaries and forgiveness differ and that forgiveness doesn’t always mean reconciliation. Jen also shares how prayer journaling, studying Psalms, and joining a Bible study with older women helped provide mentorship, spiritual focus, and meaningful community, encouraging listeners to show up with an open heart; the next conference is August 29 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
