Ward, Heusler, and Fort (Resilient Centered Counseling), Capacity is one of four foundational pillars of resilience (the other three are Connection, Culture, and Community) and a central stance in working with supervisees from a position of solidarity and strength.  Sharing both personal stories and wisdoms derived from years of supervisory practice, Dr. McBride and Ward provide a heart felt framework for working with supervisees from a perspective inherent worth and capacity.
