  <description><![CDATA[<p>Who is the woman behind the clothes?</p><p><br></p><p>As a Personal Image Stylist, Kate Bird's job is to help people dress their physical selves to look and feel their best.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>But her work is just as much (if not more) about getting to know the person on the inside as it is about dressing the person on the outside. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This podcast has been born from Kate's love of probing and personal chats with people from all walks of life.&nbsp; Listen as she takes a rummage behind her guests'&nbsp; public masks and discovers their private personas on the inside. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Kate's styling philosophy is: once we understand ourselves on the inside, we can start to dress more aesthetically comfortable on the outside.
