Money no longer holds me in its grasp since I found out I have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It is a fatal, progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. The average person lives for 2 to 5 years. I am in year 8 and wonder how much time remains. I wonder if I can assist you and your church body. 

Over the past few years, I have written a book on Spiritual Gifts, created a podcast, and established an educational website. I am now offering you my 30+ year passion for educating people to find their place in the church and for the church to find its place in the community.

Shortly after the pastor left, I became the church administrator (executive pastor). Without a pastor, over 400 people discovered their Spiritual Gifts, and the church grew from 500 to 2,000!

Spiritual Gifts are not a theory; they are what the Bible teaches us is the way our churches should operate. The SpiritualGiftsPodcast.com offers seven episodes that educate you on how this works — the latter parts of the broadcast focus on the stories.

 One of those stories involves a church in the greater Denver area that started a food ministry, which blossomed into a network of 14 churches operating together to serve the greater Denver area through food, job training, counseling, and other life-changing ministries. Three chapters in I Corinthians 12, 13, and 14 explain spiritual gifts in 84 verses, yet churches do not operate this way. 

First Corinthians 12:1 Paul writes that he does not want us ignorant or unaware of spiritual gifts. Two thousand years later, our churches are unaware and impotent. We pray God uses this podcast to attract you and those you know, and this begins to change churches in our country.
