Spring is in the air and I am so excited for the Alaskan summer to follow. Our episode today is a little different than normal content but if you’ve been around for a while, you may remember last year around this time I was training for the same race but only it was my first sprint tri I’ve ever done! I share what I’m doing different this time around and what my goals for this race is. I also share a potential race I’m really hoping to do.
