A Situationship basically means that you want something that a man is not giving you, that you settle for less, and that you're going to put up with whatever he puts out (and still be there).

Show a genuine interest - nice and light, nothing heavy. 

Clear the runway, and let him know it's okay to approach you.  This makes it a little bit easier for a man who's interested in you.

Here's this month's question: "Is it okay to make the first move?" 

I coach women not to make the first move, but, instead, to show interest and be approachable. But if my approach is not your cup of tea, then this podcase provides an alternative for you:

1. Be prepared to continuously pursue him throughout the dating or the relationship. 

2. Be prepared for his possibly becoming distant, withdrawn then eventually stepping off or ghosting you.

These are all possibilities - not an absolutes, but definitely possibilities.
