This creative entrepreneur’s sewing journey began in 1989 in Okinawa, Japan, when her husband used his military signing bonus to buy her first sewing machine. Though skeptical at first, she ventured into sewing baby clothes, pillows, and table runners with mixed success. Determined to improve, she kept experimenting. By 1995, after moving back to the states, she discovered a local sewing class that became a turning point. She learned to read and adapt patterns, leading to her first completed garments and opening the door to sewing T-shirts, costumes, and other projects.

Keith first realized his fascination for bees during a trip to the L.A. County Fair when he encountered the large observation bee hive set up by the Los Angeles County Beekeepers Association (LACBA) and spent most of his day at the booth asking questions and gathering information about honeybees. He continued his education from there through reading every beekeeping book he could find and engaging in a powerful mentorship. Keith became an adept beekeeper as well as the Vice President and subsequently the President of LACBA. Keith is still active in the club and shares his knowledge and experience whenever he can, including teaching beekeeping 101 classes on a monthly basis. 
In 2014, Keith partnered with Danny Finkelstein to realize his ultimate dream of creating a hub for the beekeeping community in the San Fernando Valley. This hub is known today as The Valley Hive.

Emily Mowrer is currently a bilingual program manager with a nonprofit in Colorado that assists folks with intellectual disabilities. She has a background in adult English as a second language education and started teaching in small community centers in North Carolina.  After moving to Colorado, she encountered the disability world after her son was born with medical challenges. The son of a police officer and a nurse, his parents were definitely surprised when he announced his intention to enter full-time Christian pastoral ministry. After nearly two decades of pastoring all over the Houston area, Chris experienced a crippling crisis of faith following a series of explosive episodes of 'church-hurt' that nearly destroyed him. Chris is back in the pulpit sharing the good news of God's saving power, not just from an eternal hell, but also from a hell of our own creation.

Bill Perry is a former movie and television actor and stuntman. He worked on films such as Home Alone 2, Predator 2, Star Trek The Next Generation, and the 'Nightmare On Elm Street' films series. 

These days Bill works on far less dangerous pursuits, using his voice and acting talents to perform voiceover work for commercials, professional presentations, and audiobooks.

In addition to voicing over 30 audiobooks for authors ranging in subject matter from futuristic space epics to Christian theology, Bill has recently voiced his own two novelettes written over the last two years.

Betsy Johnsen currently works for a large financial servicing company as a ‘Release Train Engineer’. Prior to that role, Betsy was a Technical Project Manager at the same company. With a BA to teach K-12, she embarked on a distinguished 45-year career in the financial services industry, beginning in the mortgage sector. She advanced through numerous roles and companies, ultimately reaching the position of Executive Vice President. In this capacity, she managed 60 employees and five departments, directly reporting to the owner. In 2006/2007, she transitioned to Project Management within Treasury Services at her current company, marking a new phase in her career.

Nate Neven is a mathematics teacher, a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a B.A. in Mathematics for Secondary Education. He started his teaching career in public schools, but has now been in private education for 5 years. His aim while teaching mathematics is to: engage students through activities that require them to work individually and with groups, to help students discover real world applications of mathematics, and enable them to develop the cognitive skills involved in mathematical reasoning.

Stormy has been a certified medical massage therapist for 7 years. She teaches clients and other massage therapists Full Range moves. Neil is currently a Cultural Resource Management (CRM) Archaeologist who is an employee with PanGIS, Inc.  Neil has been a working CRM Archaeologist for three years. Prior to returning for his master’s degree in 2017, Neil had a decade long career as a VFX paint artist, global trainer, and international supervisor managing, at one point, well over 144 digital artists in India, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and China within the VFX industry. Neil carries a Bachelors of the Arts degree in Film from the College of Santa Fe, a Post baccalaureate degree, and a Masters degree in Anthropology.  

Neil’s hobbies are dabbling in mixed media approaches including writing, photographs, sketching, digital painting, sculpting, and digital filmmaking, in order to tell high concept and whimsical science fiction and fantasy stories with an Anthro/Archeo narrative angle.

Joe currently works at Boeing where he is a Business Operation Specialist. He is working at the 737 Seattle Delivery Center working on special projects. He runs the Paint Obeya Room, where they go over Kaizens which are little projects that take less then a month to complete.  Obeya is a Japenese word meaning large room. Kaizen is a compound of two Japanese words that together translate as "good change" or "improvement." However, Kaizen has come to mean continuous improvement.

Michelle Burles had a dream to own her own bed and breakfast but the timing wasn't right. She kept this vision  alive in the back of her mind for a long time as she focused on her career that covered jobs from management within the tourism and hospitality trades to entertainment, sales, marketing, customer service and public relations industries, nationally and internationally.   Early in 2023, she stepped off the safe ‘employment’ path to pursue a dream of over 40 years and purchased a property in Italy, with plans to live there permanently. This new chapter has only just begun.

Juan M Fernández-Paris has always had a passion for movies. His first memory is being in a movie theater watching a rerelease of Bedknobs and Broomsticks. uan started writing reviews professionally at El Nuevo Día in Puerto Rico, in 2001 and has been their film critic for the last thirteen years. Warren Barber has worked in a small but very important part of IT, Data Architecture. He started as a software developer, mostly in Pascal and COBOL, computer programing languages. Warren then worked over 20 years for Northrop Grumman as a Data Architect, and the last few years also as a System Engineer, supporting both internal IT systems and previously established systems.
