Life After Breath

So excited to introduce you to my new friend Dana. Dana is an amazing Sound Bath Healer and she tells us about how she got into it and what it actually is. This is a fun, lighthearted conversation about how our frequencies can connect and heal through sound. We also dive into her Story Work practice, which is an amazing way to shift perspective and really look at the stories we tell ourselves every day.

Dana Schmit is a catalyst for transformation, specializing in intuitive sound healing and storywork coaching, with a passion for serving successful, driven women who are "juggling it all". Using the profound power of sound healing, she guides groups and individuals to their own passive self healing - unlocking inner blockages and promoting well-being. Through storywork mindset coaching, she empowers women to tune into their limiting beliefs, and actively rewire their subconscious to embody their potential. This unique combination of passive and active transformation work is a powerful alchemy to lasting change.

In addition to her work she is a wife of 21 years to her husband Brian, a mother of a 17 year old son named Kenan, 10 year old daughter named Kendall, and her angel baby Brooklyn.

What a joy this conversation is and was! Recorded mid December, I'd actually forgotten just how awesome it was and I am so glad you finally get to hear it. I'm reaching out to Cecilia today to see if we can have her back soon. I adore her and I can't imagine you feeling any different! We have a great conversation about connection and boundaries and journaling. Cecilia promised us a book by the end of the year - and I, for one, hope to hold her to it! LOL!
