Our various leaders in various sectors for whatever reason, have become more focused on collecting obedient followers and/or advancing their own agendas rather than being concerned about empowering individuals to grow and become the leaders they are meant to be.  

In this very moment, we are plagued by a lack of self-awareness, self-knowledge, and an apathy towards understanding who we truly are, our values and priorities. As we have grown disconnected from our true selves and our core values, it seems that we have lost the very essence that once brought us together as communities and even as nations.
