One of our List Ladies is a self-proclaimed sleep expert and shares her methods for getting a good night's sleep. The amount of time and practice is not only astounding but also revealing as these #BFFs realize there is still much they can teach each other after thirty years.

Part of a good night's sleep includes the ability to focus one’s mind. Moon swears by The Dalai Lama’s How To Practice as an important first step to fixing your sleep problems. Additional steps include: pre-sleep carb-loading, melatonin, changing your exercise routine, and imaginary sleep caves. Is Lynn up to the challenge?
