Living with a disability whilst maintaining friendships can be complex. Friendships can become challenged or even complicated putting the relationship under pressure or at worst ending.

Keeping close friendships is vital whilst living with a life-changing condition so that you can feel as if you still belong or are a part of your peer groups.

Comorbidities occur when a person has more than one disease or condition simultaneously. Conditions described as comorbidities are often chronic or long-term conditions. 
Living with Multiple sclerosis and osteoarthritis has made life extremely difficult as both condition's symptoms can be challenging and very painful.
 
There are a lot of people who live with more than one condition...

This episode is about trips and falls when walking outdoors.
It makes us feel vulnerable and nervous because of the unpredictable things we can encounter on pavements and stairs. e.g. uneven pavement/ surfaces or tears in carpets, wet floors, and obstructions. 

Having to worry about these things can sometimes isolate us because it prevents us from leaving the safety of our homes.
