Peanut Butter Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup softened butter

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 9x13 pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Press into 9x13 pan and bake for about 15 min. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes. Then sprinkle chocolate chips on top until they are melted. Then spread with knife to cover like frosting.

Glaze: Ingredients:

1/3 cup powdered sugar

2 T peanut butter

3-5 tsp milk

Instructions: In a small bowl combine ingredients for glaze. Drizzle over chocolate. Cool. Cut bars and serve.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free “Peanut Butter” Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond flour
