She shares about her day job at a mental health court, how you can practice proactive self-care, and advocating for your boundaries when you need a break. Rachael Hogan and Cheyanne Warren of the dəxʷx̌ayəbus-Dental Therapy Program at Skagit Valley College, with recent graduate Keana Cruse, and Dr. Alex Narvaez of Sea Mar Community Health Clinic, about the newest addition to dental care teams in Washington State. 

Dental therapy is a patient-centered model – expanding preventative and restorative oral health services to rural and mobile clinics. Washington State is currently experiencing a dental professional workforce shortage, and dental therapists are becoming a critical piece of the access-to-care puzzle.
