Dr. English managed high-level nuclear waste programs for President Carter's Office of Science and Technology Policy; the Government of Sweden; NASA; and the California Energy Commission. At the U.S. EPA, he directed an $80 million per year Energy & Environment Program. He also directed an epidemiological study of 40,000 people. He managed the recovery program to fix the F-111 fighter/bomber after the wings fell off the aircraft. His academic background includes a postdoctoral MS in environmental engineering with a minor in preventative medicine, a Ph.D. and MS in electrical engineering, and a BS in physics. He taught environmental courses at six universities. Tom founded the Solana Beach Presbyterian Church's Creation Care Team and further the Presbyterian Church to adapt a policy: "On Preserving Biodiversity and Halting Mass Extinction." He has given eight White House presentations, and has lectured at over a hundred universities. He and his wife, Jan, live in San Diego, California. They have four adult children and eight grandchildren.

Sean still teaches one high school Bible class, which helps give him exceptional insight into the prevailing culture so he can impart his observations poignantly to fellow educators, pastors, and parents alike. In 2008 he received the Educator of the Year award for San Juan Capistrano, California. The Association of Christian Schools International awarded Exemplary Status to his apologetics training. Sean is listed among the top 100 apologists. He graduated summa cum laude from Talbot Theological Seminary with a double master’s degree in Theology and Philosophy. He earned a Ph.D. in Apologetics and Worldview Studies from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014.

After almost 10 years of marriage, Vicki found herself the single mother of a 1½ and 4-year-old, separated from her husband who was addicted to cocaine, women, and work. 1½ years later, Vicki accepted Christ through an outreach dinner at age 35 and became a passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a deep hunger for His word.

As Vicki began to pray for her husband to also know Christ, her heart toward him changed and they were reconciled after he accepted Christ, entered rehab and they spent time in biblical counseling. They had been separated for 5 ½ years. Both Vicki and Bill are Jewish believers though neither was raised in a religious Jewish home.

Vicki has taught, facilitated, and led many Bible Studies for women in her church and the professional baseball world. Her passion is mentoring younger women in their marriages, parenting and in their walk with Jesus. She has taught and shared her testimony across the U.S. as well as in Nicaragua, Poland, Russia, Bulgaria and Italy and Albania.
