Tatiana is an Ayurvedic counselor, yoga teacher, and Tantra devotee. Over the last few years she has hosted workshops, retreats and worked 1:1 with people using Vedic science as a framework for healing and self-realization. She does this by bringing together traditional kriyas, tantric polarity practices, yogic teachings, etc. in order to facilitate the release of physical/emotional/energetic blockages, helping those who are willing to practice gain access to greater life force energy and the full expression of their true nature.
