    <description><![CDATA[<p><b>The basics</b></p><ul><li> The goal is: Hearing all the cool stuff someone else is doing/having and NOT MAKING it about yourself</li><li>Everything you see on social media has nothing to do with you</li><li>So why should we make it about you?</li></ul><p><b>Bringing the attention back to YOU </b></p><ul><li>A realization I had in a Buddhist monastery years ago: “I don’t want what others want”</li><li>I have my own unique set of wishes, dreams and things that are important in life for me</li><li>So, it doesn’t sense that I compare myself with others who WANT that</li><li>It’s never about what others are doing or why they are doing it</li><li>It’s about bringing the attention back to what you want<ul><li>Do you want to adjust your lifestyle and priorities, so you can also get/do/be the “thing” you are comparing yourself with?</li><li>If it’s a no, then bring the attention back to yourself: It’s cool that she has this but it’s not my priority, so it doesn’t make sense that I compare myself with her</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Selbstbewusstsein</b></p><ul><li>The German word for confidence is Selbstbewusstsein. If you take the words apart it means: sich seiner selbst bewusst sein. To be aware of one self</li><li>That means knowing yourself to the deepest core</li><li>Knowing your strengths and weaknesses </li><li>Knowing your magic and the magic you bring to this world</li><li>So, freaking please: Be aware of your awesomeness and: DO YOU</li></ul><p><b>6-Step process to drop comparison</b></p><ul><li>Step 1: The key is to catch yourself then, make it fun “Oh lol, it happened again!”</li><li>Step 2: Comparison and joy cannot live in the same container. </li><li>Step 3: Can you shift the energy from feeling bad to being inspired? <ul><li>Can you use this to be inspired rather than feeling bad?</li><li>If she has achieved this, it means it’s possible for me too!</li></ul></li><li>Step 4: Choose joy, you always have a choice. Choice is your superpower.</li><li>Step 5: When you feel that you can’t shift the energy to a positive intention behind it, then ask yourself “Why is this triggering me? </li><li>Step 6: Detox. Actually, the likelihood is pretty high as you got the job :D</li><li>Strengthen your strengths</li></ul></li><li><b>Step 3: How can I nail this skill</b><ul><li>My number 1 tip:  Designate a month to learn and dive into this skill. <ul><li>Instead of tackling everything at once, pick one month for one skill (start next week or on the first of the next month) </li><li>Fully dive into it and actively look for ressources online: Make it fun, make it playful: Podcasts, Books, Articles, Ted-Talks</li><li>Important: Only use the pieces you like the most.
