Being a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, Dan explains how he is using cash value life insurance to help cottagers put a legacy plan in place to secure the family cottage for generations to come.

Lifestyle Design is not only about finances, but also about experiencing a life of freedom by trying to mitigate the unavoidable stresses in our lives. Teachers who are part of the "sandwich generation" are often handling the responsibilities of their children and aging parents.

In this episode, Anuja tells about the ways in which she is working with senior clients and helping them get into the appropriate home.
As adult children of seniors, many teachers face the concerns and fears of their parents aging safely in their homes.

By getting educated, taking some action, and gaining experience - her attitude changed and she went on to invest in multiple rental homes, preconstruction and she and her husband now own and manage a Rent To Own company.

Outside of the classroom, he uses his teaching skills to do private tutoring and has recently launched a financial literacy course to share his knowledge and skills with young people.
