On May 7th, 2026, three family members were found dead inside their home in Fairview, North Carolina following a welfare check. The only person missing was their 16 year old daughter — who was later found in a motel room in Tennessee with a 28 year old man. Both have been charged with three counts of first degree murder.

In today’s video, I’m covering the case of Alexia “Lexi” Marie De La Cerda and the federal case against Derick Wilkinson, who is accused in connection with her death. What first drew me to this case was the most recent court ruling, where a judge rejected a proposed plea agreement that would have resolved the case without trial.

We’ll go through who Lexi was, what court documents say happened on August 9, 2024, the evidence investigators say they uncovered, the charges filed against Wilkinson, and why the court ultimately rejected the plea deal. I’ll also be discussing the judge’s comments in the latest order, because those words are really what made this case stand out to me.

 In May 2025, two Arizona teens — Pandora Kjolsrud (18) and Evan Clark (17) — set out for what was supposed to be a short camping trip on Mount Ord in the Tonto National Forest. When they didn’t return home, a search began that led to a heartbreaking discovery — and months later, an arrest that raised even more questions.
In this video, I go over the full timeline of the Mount Ord case, from the moment Pandora and Evan left home to the investigation that followed and the evidence that led detectives to Thomas Brown.

In March 2022, 37-year-old Cassie Carli went missing from Santa Rosa County, Florida, after meeting her child’s father, Marcus Spanevelo, for a custody exchange. Days later, her remains were found in a shallow grave on property in Springville, Alabama, tied to Spanevelo.
Since then, the case has moved between Florida, Alabama, and federal courts, leading to multiple charges. Federal prosecutors have now announced they will seek the death penalty against Spanevelo in connection with Cassie’s death.

After 14 long years, an arrest has finally been made in the case of 17-year-old Blake Chappell, whose 2011 disappearance and murder left Newnan, Georgia, searching for answers.
In this video, I walk through Blake’s story — from the night he vanished after homecoming, to the discovery of his remains, and now the shocking arrest of 38-year-old Scotty Elliot Smith. Police say Smith has been charged with Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm, Concealing the Death of Another, and Tampering with Evidence.

Testimony included alleged confessions, Nikki’s history of domestic violence reports, and new evidence — such as Ring doorbell footage, medical records, and witness interviews. In today’s episode, we’re covering the disappearance of Nikki Cheng Saelee-McCain from Anderson, California. Nikki was last seen in May 2024, and for over a year, her family pushed for answers. On August 20, 2025, her husband, Tyler Scott McCain was arrested and charged in connection with her disappearance in what is now Shasta County’s first “no body” homicide case.

In this video, we’ll go through Nikki’s story, the timeline of events leading up to her disappearance, the investigation, and the charges Tyler is now facing. Nikki’s family continues to fight for justice and is asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to please contact authorities.

Please forgive the weird way I say some words and sometimes the misuse of a word—I.E., I said there is no courthouse in the courthouse—cameras in the courthouse. I called a witness, Corey, whose name is Charlie. I only made a mistake by using his name incorrectly the first time I used it, but then he is called Charlie for the remainder of the video.

3 arrests have been made in the disappearance of Crystal Rogers in Bardstown, KY. Steve Lawson is the first to head to trial on May 27, 2025 while his son, Joseph Lawson and Brooks Houck are set to start on June 24, 2025. Houck was the last one to see Crystal before she went missing back in July 2015. The couple were living together and shared a 2 year old son at the time she disappered.

In today's episode, which was recorded as of 4/24, we discuss that Gary Day is arrested and Sophia Franklin's amber alert is canceled as she returns to her family in Wisconsin.  

Also, body cam footage was released in the case against Nathan Gingles. The arrest was made in a Walmart parking lot, and another bodycam of Nathan being served with a restraining order. Side note: The cop who served this RO is on administrative leave due to the fact that he did not take Nathan's weapons. A total of 8 deputies have been suspended in Broward County due to the handling of this case.
