Go to Paris to see "Mona Lisa", and come to Beijing to see "Neussan Dorma". In the 1990s the Louvre in Paris entrusted the lighting work of Da Vinci's painting to a French lighting designer Georges Berne. Later on, he visited Beijing and accepted the challenge of Winland Group to illuminate the "Neussan Dorma" based on the Turandot opera. In this episode, George Berne reflects on his long career and shares his thoughts on his work.

Francois Delarozière: Machine, City and the Myth (L'art francais - Special Edition)

Trained as a stage designer, Francois Delarozière created in 1999 La Machine, a non-profit organisation, constructing theatre sets, carousels for children and machines for productions. With his team he has created several giant animals that have toured all across the world where millions of people came to their live performances. His latest creation, “Long Ma Jing Shen”, stages a Dragon-Horse created for the 50th anniversary of Franco-Chinese diplomatic relations in Beijing in 2015.

Established in 1990 in San Gimignano (Italy), Galleria Continua was founded by Mario Cristiani, Lorenzo Fiaschi and Maurizio Rigillo, with the intention, evident in the name, to give continuity to contemporary art in a landscape rich with the signs of ancient art. Over the years, they have expended in 6 countries in height galleries. Mario Cristiani, who is also president of the cultural association Arte Continua, talked about Galleria Continua and their motto to Aladin Farré and Yilin Chen during Art Basel Hong Kong.
