In this meditation it is all about you and who you are. In the month of December typically we are stressed from getting all the goals you wanted to occur during the year to materialize, the hustle and bustle of shopping and the little time to you have left to find peace on earth within. Spirit is saying to slow down and find your stillness within. Burnout is the lack of stillness in your life.

We have been taught to focus on the numerous outside distractions to keep our minds busy during this season and all others. When you are overwhelmed you don't have time to have quiet and reflection as part of your day. This meditation is dedicated to all those people who feel there is more to life and want to take the beginning steps to discover what is behind the noise and even more important; what is behind the silence and stillness.

A quote once said that from the stillness your Creator will present themselves. The God light is inside of you and stillness is absolutely essential to unlock this universal light. 

Play this meditation at least 4 times a week. There is a reason why this particular meditation soundtrack is over 50 minutes long. We wanted you to have enough time to get past the mental clutter and reach this stillness mode inside of you. There you will find everything you have been looking for. 

For those that have a hard time in clearing your minds at first focus only on your breathing. Then when you feel you are relaxed whisper to yourself "Tell me who I am" or "Show me what I am" or "I am the light, please shine it within me". These and others you can think of will help activate and release this God like energy inside as you reach... stillness.

Now that the 999 Portal has opened it is about cleaning up and letting go of literally everything that is in our "baggage" or junk energies. These are past anger focused on our past including parents, coaches, teachers, bullies in school, traumas of any kind needs to be let go. The vibrations of the Earth and the light codes in our sun rays all are uplifting our energies and changing everything. 

With this incredible enhanced universal flow all lower vibration energies like anger, greed, fear, shame, guilt, feelings of not enough, etc. must go for us as humans to evolve to a higher state. Those that don't let these energies go will stay behind and choose to rest in fear instead of love.

In this time in our human evolution a very special portal has opened up once again. Every August 8th (8th month of the 8th day) the Lion's Gate Portal opens but this Lion's Gate was different as it also opened and activated our DNA light codes.

This meditation was created to help you travel through over 40 stars in our Universe in 21 minutes. It is mind boggling that the Universe is so vast and the understanding is that we are all one. Life on our planet seems so primitive and segregated compared to the Universal flow and love we hear on other worlds and other galaxies. When we reach out to our neighbors and shake hands and talk we soon realize they are wonderful and in many ways just like us.   . 

This meditation was shown to me by Spirit that if we were to travel to other civilizations and meet the life there that we might find we have more love in our hearts. It is time to stop listening to the old narratives that we are separate from each other and let go of what is being given to us rather than what we are feeling.

This meditation was designed specifically to help you clear and heal the energies surrounding your back pain that is connected to your ancestral family. Tony Gyenis has used tuning forks embedded into the music some past life frequencies to help clear the deeper reasons for back pain.

Your body is a marvelous tool that will show you what is going on with your thoughts and emotions whether it is from this life or past lives.

Word of caution though: after listening to this meditation several times it may push your energetic essence and spirit to the limit which may cause your body to want to "catch up". In doing so you may end up in catching a cold, tiredness, loss of energy and other human symptoms that your body will show to make way for a new pattern of energy for you. This is a good thing as it shows your body is accepting the shift.

The intention is for you to feel calmer, more in spirit, care for others in a different way and show signs of loving yourself again in the end. It will also raise your emotional strength so you can take on more challenges to move forward in some positive way.

We have incorporated tuning forks in a few frequencies and different cycles with an ancestral frequency by spirit  perfectly combined within the soundtrack to make it easier for you to connect to the time when your family pain began which has now affected your lower back.

In this meditation podcast Tony Gyenis incorporated The Imagination Frequency so it would be easier for you to receive love. More importantly it is always the intention to give love and not focus on what you are getting. This meditation was created to help your body, mind and soul unite as one to stay balanced in the midst of surrounding chaos. Similar to being in the eye of a storm where it is calm in the center however everything around the eye is windy and stormy this soundtrack and added frequencies will keep you firmly in the center. 

In life when there is so much drama, negativity and uncertainty it has a tendency to push us off balance so we end up in the drama lowering our vibration. Once we are in the storm of other people we feel weak and overwhelmed making it difficult to get out of that energy.

This 1150 second meditation will help enhance your ability to stay in your own energy of peace as you listen to the sounds of the frequencies. Listen to it every day if you can over the next week and then 3 times a week after that. The more you listen you can find a deeper stronger energy within you to keep to yourself and not get involved with other people's drama. Make sure you drink a glass of water after each time you listen as these sounds will draw moisture from every organ, muscle and cell to keep it moving which uses more water in your body.

You may find that you will need to use the washroom more frequently as your body releases more toxins from the 1150 Hz frequency. It is your body's way to getting rid of toxic substances from your body such as parasites as they hate this particular frequency. Use headphones or earphones for best results. 

To repeat - Please do not listen to this podcast while driving or working with machinery. This is not a background music soundtrack. You need to be in a  relaxed state in receiving mode. 

Don't be surprised if you pass out or go to sleep while listening as that is where a lot of work is done because you are totally in letting go mode in that state.

We have used the 528 Hz, 1150 Hz frequencies and many others to create an experience like no other. The frequency of Jupiter and the Sun gently reminds you that you have the freedom of choice at any point in your life.

This meditation was created as a tribute to the energies of the April 8th 2024 Eclipse that occurred. This was an energetic triumph that our world, moon and the sun all aligned in a very special way. The aftermath of this eclipse will bring a new way we will stand up for ourselves.

Instead of the season of Spring where normally things renew, are born, start to bud with the beginning of life it will bring an element of things closing. The end of something or the final chapter of an old life and to close it once and for all.

The Sun represents the masculine part of you and the Moon is the Feminine and the Earth is the plane you are on and grounded. When all these energies are in sync you have a beautiful life. This 999 second meditation will help enhance your ability to move on when you listen to the sounds of the frequencies. Listen to it at least 3 times over the next week. The more you listen you can find a deeper meaning within you.

After I had added all the frequencies that spirit told me to include they ask me to add the sound of space. We already know that space is not silent. There are a plethora of sounds in the Universe. So I looked for hours trying to find sounds of space and each time spirit said that was not it. In the end I couldn't find anything spirit liked and it was getting late. I asked again do we really need this as I don't have it. Spirit responded by saying its okay you already have it. Then it dawned on me and I asked, "Am I the sound of Space?". They said yes you are.

We have used the 528 Hz, Sun & Moon frequencies, the OM or the Earth vibration, 999 Hz and many others to create an experience like no other. The frequency of 999 Hz gently reminds you that you have the freedom of choice at any point in any situation. Choose wisely and meaningfully. 

To get the full effect of this soundtrack, listen to this while chanting to yourself the following words, "I am the Sound of Space". Enjoy!

This meditation was created to experience the energies of nature and discover the power of observation. In the Quantum field it feels you are watching it and therefore everything in energy will change it "behaviour" when you observe or watch. This means that by simply watching protons, light, electrons, atoms, etc. it knows you are watching them and thus has intelligence to be different. If you have a trauma when you bring the powers of nature and your powers of observation a wonderful experience happens to melt the traumatic experiences away. Trauma does not like to be seen so you heal yourself in this instance. This meditation will help enhance your ability to move on when you listen to the sounds of nature and to the frequencies. 

We have used the 741 Hz., OM, 432 Purple Fire frequency, Neptune and more to bring an experience to you unlike no other. Visualize being in a nature setting and be a part of the sounds you hear. This meditation session for you to help you enhance your connection to your Astral energy.  This is Part 2 in the Podcast Series explained on what the Astral energy is and the different techniques that can be used.  Bring a glass of water during this meditation.

This meditation is to clear the CROWN portal.  For years many have referred to this area as the Crown chakra. It is actually a portal where light enters your body. This sound frequency meditation will help clear this "window". Simply bring a white rag and some paper. Tony will instruct you on what to do with them. The rag is to help you energetically but is nice if you have a real rag to help you visualize.

This podcast goes right into clearing of your Data Consciousness.  It is not a meditation but an act of cleaning your energies at an incredible speed.  This is an effective exercise to get you to address your energies to create a lighter more powerful you.

While listening this podcast envision a large Drive-in movie size screen or white board in front of you with thousands of nasty, degrading and disempowering words written in black. All these words are directed to you by other energies. In the podcast every time you hear the phrase "I Love You", see yourself with a whiteboard type brush or rag and wipe off an area of the screen removing the black words a little at a time. Whisper each word right after you hear it.

In this meditation Tony Gyenis creates a short yet easy to listen to journey to help clear your Crown Chakra. This area is much like a skylight in your home that over time has debris on it impeding the light to enter your home. In this analogy your home is where light enters your energies that shines on your pineal gland. If you feel off it could mean there is less light coming into this area.

Visualize that you have a carpet paddle and gently tap the energies that are bothering you such as guilt, fear, anger, depression, the feel of not being enough, etc. to slowly move them away from your body within your aura.
