How I cut my working hours in half (without cutting my revenue in half)

A few years ago I found out I was pregnant with my fourth baby, and while it wasn't a complete shock, I got hit with a reality check real fast.

I was making 6 figures but I was working 40-60 hours a week and I knew that something had to give, fast!

At first, I went into freakout mode because in my mind, working less meant making less and I was NOT okay with that reality.

However, after some thought and guidance from my mentors, I figured out a way to cut my hours in half without cutting my revenue in half.
