Capozzi earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2003. She completed her predoctoral training at The Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University. She went on to specialize in Primary Care Psychology and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has been practicing health psychology for over 20 years and strong areas of interest include mind/body psychology, somatic therapies, and working with sleep disorders. She has supervised trainees, residents, and fellows for over 15 years in Primary Care. She has a public health focus and a mission to improve access to evidence-based interventions for the masses. </p><p>Dr. Capozzi is on a mission to teach women, how to solve<br/>their chronic sleep issues once and for all AND how to have proven, effective,<br/>individualized solutions, so they can feel better each and every day, be more<br/>present for their family and relationships, be the best they can be in their<br/>careers, and do so without having to form any reliance on medications.
