Last night was one of my Good Life 90 flex days—and let's just say I flexed a little too hard. 😬 Today, I'm tired, my head hurts, my productivity is basically nonexistent, and those 90 minutes of movement I committed to aren't looking very promising.

So instead of waiting until I had it all together, I grabbed the microphone.

In this short, very real episode, I'm talking about the difference between enjoying life and making choices that steal from tomorrow, the all-or-nothing thinking that can creep in when we don't follow through perfectly, and what “Progress Over Perfection” actually looks like on the days we mess up.

Because maybe keeping promises to ourselves doesn't mean we never break one.

Maybe it means we don't use one broken promise as permission to break all the others.

Have the fun. Keep tomorrow.

Dr. Mark Kevin Anderson practiced general dentistry in Woodland, CA for more than a decade.  He was a leader in his church, respected husband and father, and invested in his community.  And on March 10th, 2009 Mark Anderson was found guilty by a jury of his peers of 11 counts of felony sexual battery and 1 misdemeanor.  I was in the courtroom for that verdict.  I was also there on April 24th, when he was sentenced to 6 years in prison.  He was released just 3 years later.  This is my story…

]]> Dr. Mark Kevin Anderson practiced general dentistry in Woodland, CA for more than a decade.  He was a leader in his church, respected husband and father, and invested in his community.  And on March 10th, 2009 Mark Anderson was found guilty by a jury of his peers of 11 counts of felony sexual battery and 1 misdemeanor.  I was in the courtroom for that verdict.  I was also there on April 24th, when he was sentenced to 6 years in prison.  He was released just 3 years later.  This is my story…
