We grew up in Casablanca, Morocco, in an upper-middle class environment where pushing the children to become doctors, engineers or any high status jobs, was the norm.

Although we are very grateful for the education that our parents gave us, we wish we had a bit more encouragement to do what we really love.

But as they say, it is never too late to make the change we need! So in our late 30s, we both decided to pursue the career that we love.  

Zineb took a break from her IT consulting career and started a new baking business.

This is how Madleine bakery was born! The best madeleines in Sydney :-)
