In this context, one &quot;fool&quot; might pay for an overpriced asset, hoping that he can sell it to an even &quot;greater fool&quot; and make a profit. The idea of a greater fool can be interpreted that, someone who believes they can do better when others have failed. </p><p>Why is this relevant now - more than 26000 people are likely to lose their jobs that worked in AWS and Salesforce alone. This is due to the economic downturn.</p><p>One avenue for these individuals will take would be to start their own business or start-up. The lessons learned from the moon mission would be utilised to take the giant leap; that is sending the <a href='https://www.nasa.gov/specials/artemis/'>first astronauts to Mars</a>. </p><p>The extremely complex launch vehicle (Space Launch System), with the most powerful rockers ever built, launched the <a href='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlo1xQneAEA'>Orion spacecraft</a>. In addition, we talked about some of the books that made an impact. Marcos told about the importance of culture and critical thinking and how these aspects should play a bigger part in the education curriculum. It truly was a great pleasure to chat to Marcos and learn about his journey. </p><p><br/><b>The interesting thing of the episode </b><br/>In the UK we have a new chancellor of the exchequer after a bit of turmoil in the British government. So why is it interesting or relevant to creators or professionals? There are two important lessons to learn from all this drama. </p><p><b>The first lesson is</b> to ease things in when you are making significant changes. Drastic changes, in a short space of time, almost always face resistance and usually negative reactions. As professionals, entrepreneurs working with colleagues or others always need to keep this in mind. A lot of companies try to do digital transformation or other types of programs fail because the change management is done properly</p><p><b>The second lesson</b> is the importance of feedback. Feedback is gold and it gives an independent validation of the idea. A review as it were. Another reason that the UK government got into this situation was that they didn’t engage or utilise the Office of budget responsibility or OBR. If the OBR was engaged, they would have provided a review of the budget and forecasted its effects which would have given more confidence to the market. </p><p><br/>Interview <br/>Critical thinking, which is the objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgement should be a key part of Education from early childhood, according to Marcos Lema. The combination of critical thinking and curiosity is essential to be successful in any field Marcos explains. We agree.
