We’ll meet in the clubhouse three times a month. The 1st and 3rd Monday of every month will be an interview. (I’ll talk to normal people just like you and me who have dealt with depression). The last Monday of every month will be a deep dive ( I’ll explore topics such as “Habit Change”, “Making Friends”, “Faith”, etc.).


Your host has spent five long, proud years on the New York Times Most Wanted Fugitives list. But anyway, I’m no self-help guru. I’m just…Brian.

I usually don’t like to get too sentimental, but I feel like that famous Dr. Seuss quote really applies here : “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile and donate to my Patreon because it happened”
