The majority of older Americans suffer from years of a poor diet, lack of exercise and other bad habits that have affected how we live. Many of the major diseases may have been avoided if we had a mindset in our youth to stay healthy. This podcast is provided to educate new grads on the positive impact of leading a healthy lifestyle and an attempt to motivate you to commence doing this right now and continue to do it for years to come.

There will always be someone that has more money, a better job, a nicer house or a nicer car than you, but you need to learn to accept and live with that fact. This feeling can be subtle or controlling, but more than likely, that feeling will always be there when you compare yourself to others and this is the basic reason for a lack of contentment.
