Wow, are these two inspirational!  Just this past weekend Rick finished another Iron Man!  This time took him just under 16 hours! In his age group, he is one of the top competitors in the world! Despite saying that there are 19 others like him. Only 19 Rick? 16 hours of constant fitness at 73! No way!!!  That’s what I said the first time I met Rick, and that was almost 15 years ago.  <br/><br/>Elaine is training for another Boston Marathon at 65. No way! There is no possible way in their “Advanced Age” could they possibly do that!  Or can they?  They certainly can, and like a bunch of “Geriatric Monsters” to boot! We use these words in jest of course! Forever the picture of aging is this constant slow decline that ultimately lands you in an early grave. Rick and Elaine, simply say “Nope, not me” and keep rolling!  <br/><br/>Listen in, be inspired, and get off the couch to crush it! We know we will!</p>]]></description>
