I _________________, will now acknowledge that no one is coming to save me from my current circumstances. Whether it be physically, mentally, financially or emotionally. I am now in charge of my life, the things that I want to change and that I have the power to change, needs to change. I am now acknowledging that complaining gets me nowhere, I have the tools that I need to succeed. These are the agreements that I am making with myself.

In this episode, I discuss how to get out of survival mode:

1. Getting out, the answer. Understanding the science of it. (Behaviors, the mind doesn't understand language)

2.  What I learned in survival mode.
