We dive into what he’s learned along the way and why taking care of yourself first is key to maximizing your impact in the lives of others.<br/><br/>About our guest: Christopher started his academic career in London, graduating with two degrees, Communications and Art, Design &amp; Media. With a previous background in hospitality, Christopher jumped into Hospitality Management, managing a hotel and overseeing their marketing/branding efforts. After a few years in the hospitality industry, Christopher was presented with an opportunity to join a startup in the Digital Marketing realm. From there, he has helped grow the company from just two people to almost 40 employees in five years. <br/><br/>Currently, Christopher is the Chief Operating Officer at Adapting Social, and ensures that the right products, capabilities, processes, platforms, and tools exist so the team members can best deliver client outcomes and satisfaction. He collaborates with all members of the organization, especially his management and leadership teams to help grow and develop them professionally.<br/><br/>To help further the development and growth of Christopher, he frequently attends Leadership Academies that revolve around Building High Performing Teams and Cultures, and is in the beginning stages of of implementing a Deliberately Developmental Organization structure within Adapting Social, which will focus on developing individuals to become leaders in their own way.
