Did you ever notice the same letters make up the words silent and listen? Coincidence? Unlikely. On a conscious level. 

When looking at the words through your heat and conscious awareness I think the concepts of both merge into one dynamic truth.

Rev. Ali Bierman takes you on a tour of common conscious work choices make all the difference in your ability to communicate effectively allowing others to want to hear what you have to say because they know you matter to them, that you are being heard, that you matter. 1.Speak from the Heart: When communicating, prioritize authenticity. People feel your sincerity when your words resonate with your true feelings.

2.Active Listening is Key: Truly listen, without thinking of your response. Let the other person feel heard, understood, and valued.

3.Understand the Emotions Beneath Words: Pay attention to the emotions behind what is being said. Often, what’s left unspoken holds the most meaning.

4.Nonverbal Communication Speaks Volumes: Your body language, eye contact, and tone convey more than words. Be mindful of what you’re communicating nonverbally.

5.Practice Empathy, Not Sympathy: Empathy involves feeling with someone, not just for them. This connection fosters deeper, more meaningful conversations.

6.Ask Open-Ended Questions: Encourage dialogue by asking questions that require more than a yes or no. This invites deeper sharing and understanding.

7.Use “I” Statements to Express Feelings: Frame your feelings in a way that focuses on your experience without blaming the other person, e.g., “I feel…” instead of “You make me feel…”.

8.Pause Before Responding: Take a moment to process what’s been said before responding. This allows for more thoughtful, constructive communication.

9.Embrace Silence: Sometimes, the most powerful communication happens in silence. It’s a space where emotions and thoughts can hang out for a bit.

A smile changes everything - physically and emotionally.

There are two fears in life: either you know what to do that allows you to make all your dreams come true and are afraid to execute those steps OR you choose never to take those scary steps and an unexpected crisis leaves you fearful of running out of money necessary for daily living.

The first choice poses an obstacle when you fail to take the massive action that leads to endless energy and accomplishment pushing you toward your desired outcome.  Think of it as feel the fear and do it anyway.

The latter fear lies subtly on the edge of conscious awareness eating away at your well being in barely noticeable steps.

You become unstoppable by choosing goals that others will tell you are not possible and certainly not reasonable “because no one needs massive success in life. Getting by works fine.” Your social group may label you unfavorably to soothe their own discomforts.

When you 10x your life you take on behaviors others avoid. YOU take responsibility for all that happens in your world because nothing ever happens to you. Everything happens for you AND, as Grant Cordone explains, “Because of you.”

An injury or illness takes away your life as you knew it.  When the crisis is over and the healing begins do you wait until you are all better, the you who you were once upon a time? OR do you jump in, as soon as a spark ignites the old you and as you share and put yourself out there - even if less than perfect - you discover your healing has accelerated and your former self is returning bit by bit. Only this time - you are actually better than before.

Rev. Ali Bierman is on such a path. Once known as the Minstrel Minister, a nasty health challenge took away that life. For more than a  year she has pushed herself to sing again, to write music again and now, finally, to play guitar and sing her songs again.

Realizing she is not up to par, still she decided to share her journey and her progress. She hopes to inspire others to step up their game and move past whatever holds them back from the sheer joy of life.

You make life choices - big life choices - every day. Sometimes you do it out of conscious awareness. Are you following your desired path - the one you know in your heart is a full on “YES! I’m living my dream!”  OR do you find roadblocks, unexpected events, that prevent you from following your desired path?

Rev. Ali used to call those distractions detours until many years later when their ultimate purpose revealed that every seeming detour led to learned experiences she could not know she would need later in life.

The same thing happens for you - right now.

Interestingly each detour provided wisdom and knowledge that moved her toward the dream life that was not previously in her sites.

A rude awakening, in the form of an attack taught her to pay attention to the whispers in life. You have them too. Discover which messages keep coming at you, hinting at life changes - yet you keep ignoring them.

Those possible supports are actually whispers from the Universe, from your guides, from your angels.  Paying attention to them lets your life flow with less pain and more gain to fulfill your heart’s desires.

How do you make choices and then confirm that your decision is accurate for you? Do you go by a feeling? A belief? A knowing?

A feeling may be something you simply experience, even out of conscious awareness, that leads you to a specific choice. Maybe you turn right when you hit a crossroads - not really considering but simply following where your feet move you.

A belief is more passive. You usually believe something because others have shared a similar belief at some point. So you go along with the “crowd” thought. No real action. Being more passive.

A knowing happens when you connect with your Spirit, with a Higher Power and know, with every fiber of your being which choice is best for you AND you take action to move further in that direction.

When you meditate or state affirmations make certain to see the result and not “what you want” to create. There are many steps to create affirmations that materialize. Rev. Ali’s Goals and Affirmations program can get you there.    

What in your life are you passionate about? You will find that you create successes at anything for which you feel deep excitement. You simply will not put the same effort into anything that does not feed your spirit.

What leaves you shaking in your boots? Do you know? OR do you simply get triggered by a situation with no clue as to why you suddenly feel fear?

The good news is you don’t need to know where the fear comes from. Eliminate the fear by taking action.

Love, Love Love - it’s THE solution to all that exists, that you really wish did not happen, in your world. Rev. Ali Bierman explains why loving yourself first makes all the difference in your life - all ways and all ways.

Now see that your teacup overflows with tea, i.e. love. The tea overflows into the saucer. Now when someone needs your help, you have extra love, extra tea in that saucer. Sharing it no longer drains you. In fact, with an abundance of love,  the more you give away the more it multiplies.

So-called authorities tell you the choices you must make to achieve whatever result you seek in coming to them. They do not offer multiple or studied outcomes that add confidence to the choices they recommend. Often they assume you see their expertise as solid and never question their proposal.

Ali Bierman shares why that may not be in your highest and best interest. Only you - your Spirit, your guides, your angels, and the Universe offer guidance to get you where you want to go - be it professional, health-wise, or achieving True Happiness - advice that is always and only in your highest and best interest.

All your guidance supports you. More importantly, you alone check how you feel when considering each guided step. If it feels good then move forward in that direction. If, however, the choice does NOT feel good, honor your gut feeling and do not take that step.
