The first time I ever heard about and used Homeopathy was when I was suffering from post natal depression, (but I did not know that!) I had two children 18 months and 3 and I thought the way I felt was normal. The tiredness, the tears, the pain, the mood swings and I thought it was all due to sleep deprivation and having two busy young children, but, I compared myself to other mums and realised that it was not normal. I saw a Homeopath and my life changed completely. That was in 1987.

I went from carrying around burden of a black cloud and heaviness to feeling light and hopeful, in the space of a week. The true test was when I saw a dramatic improvement in my physical body, no more migraines every month, no more dragging down feeling, I could not believe it so I promised myself that I would study this wonderful form of healing and one day become a Homeopath.

Lilly shares and openly talks about her sister wound, and the struggle she has overcome to witness and heal it,

One common source of sister wounds is the comparison trap. Sisters may compare themselves to one another in terms of achievements, appearance, relationships, or other areas of life. This constant comparison can breed feelings of inadequacy, resentment, and even self-doubt. The constant need to measure up to an idealized or successful sister can result in deep emotional wounds and a strained relationship.

Sibling rivalry is another potential source of sister wounds. Siblings often compete for parental attention, limited resources, or validation. These competitions can manifest in various ways, such as academic achievements, popularity, talents, or even personal relationships. When one sister consistently outshines the other, it can lead to feelings of inferiority, resentment, and a damaged sense of self-worth.

Betrayal between sisters can also create profound wounds. Sisters often share secrets, trust each other with vulnerabilities, and rely on each other for support. When this trust is broken through betrayal, it can cause lasting emotional damage. Betrayals may come in the form of gossip, betrayal of confidence, lies, or even engaging in relationships with people who are off-limits. Such wounds can fracture the foundation of sisterly trust and create long-lasting rifts.

It is important to note that sister wounds can have significant impacts on an individual's emotional well-being. These wounds may result in feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. The pain experienced within the sister relationship can be particularly deep due to the inherent expectations of love and support that exist in sibling bonds.

Atlantis is Rising - Part 2

David Arkenstone Barnett is a photographer, painter, singer and lecturer and resides in the town of Kaiapoi, just north of Christchurch New Zealand. Originally from London England, David is predominantly known in NZ for his work in Ufology (the study of UFO's), a path that opened to him over 32 years ago whilst serving in the NZ navy. In this scenario the ship he served on had a close encounter with a USO (Unidentified Submerged Object) out in the pacific, an experience that left a profound effect on David and ultimately his direction in life, which has been one of self-discovery, personal development and research.

For many years now David has been researching on the fabled city of Atlantis and has come up with a profoundly new hypothesis on this legendary civilization which incredibly includes New Zealand.
