He is a successful property investor, property developer, property mentor and buyer’s advocate.He is also the author of - "The 10x property system- How to Amass 10 properties in 10 years and retire comfortably". 

Originally from Zimbabwe, Sanders Muleya moved to Australia in 2004 and worked as a registered nurse before embarking on real estate investment. Sanders says he made a lot of mistakes in his early years in the real estate industry, but he continued learning and spent close to $100K to improve his education on property investment in Australia.
