Do you know of anyone ior perhaps yourselve with ADHD, Anxiety or Dyslexia? I know several people with one or the other. Have you. ever heard of Retained Primitive Reflex? ADHD and Retained Primitive Reflex are closely linked, with research suggesting that the persistence of primitive reflexes beyond infancy can contribute to ADHD symptoms. Not all individuals with ADHD have retained reflexes, and not all individuals with retained reflexes have ADHD, there is a significant overlap between the two, and addressing retained reflexes can be a component of ADHD management.

So what is it that you are tempted to do? I have been in that situation and pretty sure that I will be put in some sort of temptation again in my life.
I don't mean cheating on my husband and we have to remember that there are many forms of temptation such as eating. Look at Adam and Eve they were tempted and took a simple apple .

Temptation can mean Overeating, laziness, porn, drinking, drugs, procrastination, gossip and yes the list goes on. I hope that you enjoy the podcast and it helps some if you are being tempted to do something. My advice if you know it's wrong and you know that you will feel shameful later than don't do it.

Well, it is that time of year where we all start wondering what happen in the last twelve months that lead us back to another end of a year and a beginning of a new one. Tis' the season to be jolly, or is it? For some they dread December and all the holiday stuff. The travel, commitments, office parties, family gatherings and all the wonderful and joyful times that they are suppose to enjoy with those you care about.

Yet, a fortunate time for some and not so fortunate for others. Well, you are not alone in the way that you may feel . There is good news and that is it will
be behind you in a few days or hours and you won't have to do it for another year. Start saving now and you can make plans be on winter vacation next holiday season. You and your family could go to Di$ney World... No, it's probably less expensive to stay home and buy gifts.

Here's my take on Christmas Chaos and a little bit about one of my favorite pass times...Football.

Do you let people know how grateful you are for who they are or what they have done for you? It is a power that we all have and that we should share with those around us.
Even strangers who hold the door for you or give you a cart at the store and say "Thank you so much." Thank you can put a smile on someone's face.

Now let's talk about envy. Have you ever been envious of someone or are you envious of someone right now? They didn't do anything bad to you, but you are just envious of who they are or their lifestyle. If you should say not me I have never been envious, well.... I am pretty sure that at sometime in your life that you have been. No need to be and that is if you look around you probably have what they have or even more and trust me there is no room in our life for envy.

Pregnancy, and Preeclampsia

Congratulations on your pregnancy and if it was an oops pregnancy congratulations on that too. Trust me you will be so happy and forget about how your life is about to change. You'll hold that little bundle and wonder "What the heck just happen?!' Honestly, having a baby is a very rewarding job, but you need to take care of yourself and make sure that you love yourself and love your sweet baby. They are fragile,but they literally grow so fast and you have enjoy each and everyday and yes, you may have bad days, but guess you get to start all over the next and you will learn to make each everyday better and better for baby and you.

Now to preeclampsia. Do you know what is is? I didn't until the last few weeks. The best advice that I can give you is to talk to your doctor before, during and after pregnancy.
If you do not have health insurance you can still get the help here in Texas.
Texas Health and Human Services resources Benefits can include pregnancy Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and support services like resources for caregivers and mental health programs. Call 211 or 877-541-7905 for help over the phone for applications.

Every state in the U.S. has help for those in need. Just call 211 and ask for assistance in your state.

Have you found yourself hardly catching up with life to take a deep breathe? We have become so busy that we forget to breath. How is that we have forgotten to slow down. We can all slow down and yes, it will take some training to do,but it can be done. I finally finished a book and was scared of what it might reveal about my own life. The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer. Trust me I wasn't in a hurry to read it. Very easy to read book and eye opener too.

I am working on slowing down and listening to that inner voice of God.
These our my thoughts of how my faith and even if you don't believe in God
I won't judge you . Although.... technology makes me think and judge and I know that is not why I am on earth to judge. I am working on that too.

Letting Go of Your Kids

It is time for kids to be back in school and for many parents they went home and had mimosas to celebrate the house being empty and, yet for some they went home and sobbed that their babies are growing up. It's very hard to let go, but if you've done your best raising your little ones than you have nothing to worry about. This resort was great and no we were not scared of going. Do you know how many people asked if we were scared of going there? No, I. figure if that I could be walking down the street anywhere in the U.S. and something could happen. Face your fear and it will disappear.

Well, so you thought that your kids would have flew away from the nest, but they are still there and you can't figure why. More than likely we did this to them only, because we have given them and I mean given them EVERYTHING! Some parents were silently counting the days for their kids to move out and yet the days have turned into months and then years. More than likely your kids are just happy having servants I mean parents waiting on them hand and foot. Now, calm down not all parents are catering to their kids every need. I don't think.

We love our kids and help them to help themselves in life and really that's all we can do and ask God to guide them.

Now I love to eat and enjoy it to the best of my ability and even when I was thin I was ridiculed. I think that many don't realize when someone may have this disorder or they figure that the person with this can figure it out for themselves. Have you ever been told not to cry and just handle whatever you are going through without tears? I have. Did I listen? NO! If I feel the need to cry I cry. I can cry at a commercial at someone's story they share, you name it I cry. I probably cry a lot more than I use to . Crying is something that everyone should be able to do when in need. Now I don't wail at least I don't think I do. So letting your emotions get the best of you is ok and you need to know that. A newborn baby makes me really cry. It's such a joy of a new life in the world. Sometimes a good cry can make all the difference in the world, and yes , big girls do cry and men too. it's okay. So criers of the world let us unite!

Dating After A Breakup 💔

What do you do now? No longer having someone to have a meal with, no one to watch a movie with and no one to text. My famous words of wisdom is that "You'll be Fine!" You really will be fine. It may take some time to heal your broken heart, but the good news is that you are not alone in this break-up. Don't beg for them to return more than likely they have moved on. Hard to hear that,but that means that you can too. Move on and start living again. Dating isn't the easiest thing to do,but know that you will be fine and time heals all wounds. Time to think about dating and now so many apps you can get on, but don't hurry. Take a deep breath and reconnect with you. Always try to make sure you get what you want in a relationship and by all means do not settle. We all deserve to be happy. 😊

Peeps marshmallows delights and have you noticed I just keep mentioning sweets. Ok, I may have a problem. Actually it is a reminder that Christ died on the cross for us and that is powerful, because the most important thing is that he rose again from the dead according to the scriptures. So yes, Jesus loves me.

Also, many people are starting to think about summer vacations and honestly now is the time to start planning. Charisma is something that you can't buy in a store or something that you can take a pill for. Some are naturally born with it. It's like some have a human magnet and people are drawn to them. Unfortunately some people use it to their advantage and use it in a negative way. They use it to manipulate and learn to control some people like little robots. Crazy that someone can do this and totally use it in a harmful way. Shame on them .

If you are born with it I hope that you use it in a good way, help others and are kind. If you are not born with it, then know that you will be happier not attracting strangers toward you for no apparent reason.

Do you ever get sweaty palms , see someone biting their nails, always shaking their leg up and down? I have and I found out that those are signs of anxiety, but for some they find comfort in doing these things, but for some it's much worse.

Why. oh, why is it so hard for some us to say"NO?" Are we always wanting people to like us ? I have learned as I have become a a more mature woman
( stop laughing🤣) that it is ok to say no to just about anything, You may need to train yourself, but you can do it.

I haven't heard much about Stranger Danger as we did in the 80's. It's still out there kids and teens being abducted. Have we turned our head in hopes that it doesn't exist? Now we allow strangers in our homes through technology. Playing video games with who knows who and no telling if they are near or in another state.

We need to talk to our kids about this and how anyone and I mean anyone can become a victim.

Have a code word for pick-up that only family knows.

Tis' the Season to be jolly right? Well, not for some. Some of us get so stressed out about this wonderful time of year regarding gift giving, parties and gatherings with family. Honestly, we tend to forget why we celebrate or the true meaning of Christmas. What does Christmas mean to you? Well, it does mean gift giving , parties and gatherings with family. For some it's a sad time of being alone or perhaps forgotten by family or even a first Christmas of being without a loved one. A joyous season? Yes, and remember those that might be alone and let them know that you have a seat at your table for them. They may decline, but at least they will know that someone cared enough to ask.
My definition of Christmas is that of being with family,feasting, gift giving and most importantly celebrating the birth of Christ.

Congratulations on your relationship to a police officer. It will be rewarding beyond your dreams BUT first you need to know that it is not the easiest of jobs to have. By job I don't mean his or hers I mean yours. It will take faith, patience, lots of understanding, time, and most of all LOVE. There will days of worry, days of they didn't come home and days of you and he being exhausted from him being on the job and you taking care of the just about everything else and you him/her being exhausted of working the streets. Missed birthdays, anniversaries, and missed holidays.

Is it worth it? Yes! What will get your through some troubling days or nights? Faith, patience, understanding, time and LOVE.

If you love pets and have the time for loving, caring, money for vet visits, food,
bedding space in the house and patience for one sweet pup then you should get one. BUT...
if you child doesn't have the time for loving, caring money for vet visits, food, bedding space then you may need to rethink this.

I love dogs and they are so loving and you can't go wrong having a pet, but for a child to have one is another thing. If you know that your child will actually be able to put down the electronic device and not whine of how much work it is to take care of Fido or Mittens then you really need to. rethink this gift.

Have you ever thought "no way I could get scammed!" Well, it happens to the best of us. I ordered something off FB #1 rule don't order anything off FB. I was out $25 YIKES! People prey on people and that is a sad thing. I will be discussing a few things for you to look for those RED FLAGS. Make sure to talk to your grandparents or parents about these people. You could help them save their hard earned money.
