They start in Starkville, MS at a Mississippi State University baseball game. They head up to Oxford, MS to visit the University of Mississippi and record while touring the campus at Ole Miss. They finish up at the local high school stadium in Calhoun City, Mississippi.

We head to the Cape this week as we talk to Mike Geylin. Mike is the GM of the Chatham Anglers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. The Cape Cod is one of the premier collegiate summer baseball leagues in the country.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Paul Bartolucci. Paul works in baseball operations in the front office for the Lake Elsinore Storm, the Single-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres.

Paul shares his about his playing career, playing for the University of Nevada. He also played in professional baseball, mostly in independent professional baseball in the American Association. Paul shared about his time playing for the Wichita Wingnuts and in the NBC World Series in Wichita for the Nevada (MO) Griffons.

We had the pleasure of chatting with Dan Vaughan Jr. this week. He is the radio voice of the Kansas City Monarchs.

The Kansas City Monarchs are in their second season in the American Association, a professional independent wood bat league. They were formerly known as the Kansas City T-Bones, before rebranding as the Monarchs for the 2021 season.

The Monarchs won the American Association championship in 2021, their very first year as they rebranded and paid homage to the well-known Negro Leagues team with the likes of Jackie Robinson and Satchel Paige amongst others.

Dan shares with us a little about his broadcasting career and also what it's like getting to call the games for the Monarchs. He has the opportunity every day to tell the story of the current team and tie in the former team that played years ago.
