We are seeing a shift in the customer service industry as we are dealing with a shortage of workers and handling less patient - and let’s face it, angry - customers. Those of us who work in the service industry, specifically condo managers, are experiencing higher levels of anxiety ourselves. </b></p><p><br/></p><p><b>David Finoro, from MF Property Management, and our host Michelle (previous property manager herself) have a conversation on how to manage anxiety and deal with difficult clients.
