]]> George Mitrovic Buzzsprout-13909125 Sun, 05 Nov 2023 18:00:00 +1100 3276 full false PRECOLUMBIAN EXPLORATION FROM GEORGIA TO THE BAHAMAS PRECOLUMBIAN EXPLORATION FROM GEORGIA TO THE BAHAMAS in this episode we travel along the coast of North America from Georgia to Alabama and discover Roman relics, cuneiform tablets, all from around the same date around 4,000 years ago. in fact only with two years between the three tablets.  We discover more cities and pyramids, not mounds as they are called,  and other strange trade relics and more giants, for this period at least, up to eight feet tall. The average European male was five foot two inches tall in the colonial period so these were giants. Now they are basketballers.  Then we venture to the Bahamas  and find an area crawling with pyramids, platforms, quays, roads covering the underwater plateau that they are on. A plateau that is divided only by a great geological skid mark called the Tongue of the Ocean. Was this Atlantis? Did what caused the great skid mark end the culture that was living here?

  Meet the Yowie, his Australian cousin, in the Colony of New South Wales that later became a state. 

  The first colonists arrived in Australia, which was then New South Wales, in 1788. 

There are countless reports of hairy Men and Man-Apes and Manbeasts and Apemen in Australia as there are in many places other then Antarctica. There are also numerous names for them from a vast selection of tribal and language groups. Unfortunately many do not have a location, even an approximate one, or a date that we can identify. These, as in my other books, I do not use. But there are still plenty of them with places and dates. 

Remember that this book like most of my other books is a guidebook for you to explore from. Not an academic work or a vast tome encrusted with a lot of verbiage and colourful descriptions. You can find those in a lot of other places but you can start here. Enjoy your travels across part of an amazing continent. Sometimes we only want data.

 


Now we come to our first mention of the hairy hominid, the Yeti, the Bigfoot and as it is known in Australia, the Yowie, sighted in the infant colony of Sydney, New South Wales, in 1800. For those of us who do not know it the hairy hominid is the legendary hairy manlike creature like a wildman that supposedly lives deep down in the woods. In ancient English legends these manlike forest creatures are called the Woodwoses, amongst other names. In modern America they are referred to quite often as Bigfoot and Sasquatch as well as a host of Native American names as there is a long folkloric history of them. Of seeing them but not necessarily of capturing or killing them.

Why then if this is the case and with the creatures placed in the common vocabulary of the time, why were they not regarded as normal creatures like deer and badgers, but as something different, as being not quite here but as being somehow from beyond our known reality? 

Why then are some creatures regarded as God created animals, indeed regarded as quite normal, and others regarded as monsters, as the spawn of Satan, as animals of evil and why then is this a universal foundation of belief? Technically they should be regarded as a new type of gorilla or some such, yet we can capture gorillas. But try and catch one of these?

Part Two Wiltshire got weirder and weirder as time progressed. The reports got more complex in many cases and the questions started. Were the phenomena created by the English Military on Salisbury Plain? Were they created by aliens or transdimensional hominoids? Were they a collaboration between the two? And then in the late 1990s there was fnothing. What are these hiatuses that occur between groups of sightings. Had the locals by this stage gotten so used to the phenomena that they did not bother to report them anymore? Who would know but it is a rollicking journey of sightings and contact.

Were they made on earth, many pilots of the airships said that they were, and who was the mysterious Mr Wilson, a pilot on three occasions. Remember, there were no airplanes or guidable airships around in this period. This was a memory of apparent future technology. A few airships were reported to be heading for Cuba. Others to Greece. None apparently arrived. And we had an animal kidnapping and mutilation amongst other things. 1897 was insane...........but only the observations. The phenomena were still there and were still being reported.

What is little known is that the Great 1897 Airship Flap actually started in late September 1896. These are all from my books on Strange Phenomena and UFOs. Was it all real? Was it all false? There were hundreds of reports of Ufos in 1897 but quite a few in 1896 as the prelude to it.

Travels up the Ohio River We continue up the  Ohio River and its tributaries eventually getting to the Scioto River.  Before we get to the Scioto River we have to manouvre the Falls of the Ohio where if you were travelling upstream you would have to put the boat on shore and carry it up the  rise over twenty feet at Clarksville. Who was losing Roman coins here in several spots? Who was losing Jewish Bar Kokhba coins from the Jewish Revolt here as well?  When we get to the Scioto River Valley it gets even stranger. As we know there were no iron furnaces in North America prior to the Colonial Period. Shame no one told the inhabitants though as there are several sites here that are furnaces for creating iron. Not from bog iron or meteoric iron, which you cold hammer as heating does nothing to it. This is an area of cities and massive fortresses, not mobile encampments. The so-called mounds, which I prefer to call Pyramids, as some are almost made the same size as those in Central and South America.

Not the normal sightings of a light scooting through the sky. This means that there are a lot less reported sightings than the hundreds of thousands of UFO sightings reported every year. But they are the strangest and all from North America. We have reports of humanoids, and non-humanoids, coming out of these UFOs as well and interacting with people in strange and unusual ways. North America is so rich with these bizarre reports that it has taken me four volumes to record them all from 1800 to 1999. What is a weird, woolly world? This also applies to plenty of other sightings. No dates, no entry. Even a year is enough and the name of the locality. Neither of these is a no show. But there are thousands more so find out about what might have or still might be lurking in your neighborhood. This is not your normal road map but happy travelling. You will be amazed as to what you will find in your state or even your neighborhood! Not all states start at 1800 either but I will try and start with datable and generally findable events.

]]> These are encounter cases with UFOs and their occupants as well as unusual UFO sightings. Not the normal sightings of a light scooting through the sky. This means that there are a lot less reported sightings than the hundreds of thousands of UFO sightings reported every year. But they are the strangest and all from North America. These skeletons belonged to people seven to eight feet tall and sometimes taller. Think of what modern basketballers look like if you were five foot four inches tall, the average European male height in the colonial period. You will be amazed at what has been found, and unfortunately in many cases lost. You will find cultures that you never dreamt of and visitors from Europe and possibly other places as well along the shores of the Ohio and Scioto Rivers.
