This podcast is geared toward athletes that are around 40 years old or older. Of course I welcome any listener, but since I'm an old guy I'll be talking about the trial, tribulations and successes of an "Over the Hill Athlete" This is for us old folks who are already athletes, and older people who want to start being an athlete. But most importantly it is for those older people who thought it was too late to be an athlete, because guess what, it's never too late! I plan to share how I became an older athlete, the challenges that we face as older athletes, and some of my successes and failures. I will share some of the lessons I have learned and advice that I have been given throughout this journey, along with some resources that you might find helpful. I am not a coach, I was never a professional athlete and I have never even won any race I've ever competed in, but the thing is, I do complete and I will keep going. I don't care what age I am. I want my listeners to realize that a regular Joe like me can be an Athlete and so can they.
