While their goal to distract, bring fear, confuse, and deceive- do not forget that the throne of God still stands. The Creator was not displaced by His creation. The Creator was crucified by His creation, and rose on the third day. That is the truth no disclosure can overturn.

A door was opened in the Mojave Desert in 1946. The man who opened it knew what he was doing. Something flew in, and the modern UFO era began within fifteen months of the ritual.

What we are seeing in our generation is not new. It is the Genesis 6 pattern in technological costume. The Watchers of old came down by oath. Parsons and his teachers reached up by ritual.

Test the spirits. The Holy Spirit glorifies Christ. Whatever does not, no matter how impressive its signs, no matter how compelling its credentials, no matter how official the cover story — is not from God.

Spiritual Warfare in the Present Age

Ephesians 6:10-18 | Colossians 2:13-15 | Galatians 1:4 | Hebrews 6:4-5 | Ephesians 3:10

The cross was D-Day. The return of Christ will be V-Day. We live in the gap. At the cross, Christ did not strip the enemy of his weapons, but He did minimize their power. The principalities and powers still wield temptation, deception, accusation, and affliction, but they have been publicly humiliated and their authority over those in Christ has been broken. They have not yet been utterly destroyed. They remain active, defeated but still fighting, until the King returns. Kingdom victory in this present age comes from the combination of three texts. Galatians 1:4 tells us where we stand: delivered from this present evil age. Hebrews 6:5 tells us what we taste: the powers of the age to come. Ephesians 6:10-18 tells us how we fight: clothed in the whole armor of God. Positionally we are seated above the powers in Christ; practically we must enforce that position through warfare. Refuse the unspoken truce. Put on the whole armor of God. Stand firm in the strength of Christ until the King returns to finish what the cross began.

* The seals are a generalization, a summary of future trumpet and bowl judgments that we’ll see in future chapters.

* 7th seal is first trumpet, 7th trumpet leads to the first bowl.

* The seals, trumpets and bowls, ARE NOT CHRONOLOGICAL in the usual sense. Trumpets and bowls are much more specific and detailed view than seals.

* The seals also resemble general historic happenings- but these seals are meant to introduce us to a much more intense time of tribulation on the earth. Way more than anything the world has ever seen, Matt 24:21.

* In fact, 6th seal is so intense the question gets asked, “who can stand?”

I want to be more like the Wisemen and less like the chief priests and scribes. The scripture says, “Those who sit in darkness…Have seen a great light" (Matt. 4:16). I want to be watching and waiting, being able to be led by the signs of the times. The prophetic word shined for them when the star didn’t. When what was leading them in the natural went dark, that which was supernatural didn’t. When things get dark and our star disappears for a minute, what do we lean on? Between Gabriel’s command for Mary to behold Jesus and Mary’s adamant exclamation that She will, because she understands who He is, this story is filled with awe and wonder, and the point is— Jesus is coming, and His rule will never end. Whether in suffering or celebration, He is always and will always be on the throne. And because Mary knows whom He is, and has pledged her allegiance to Him, she fully expects her life to be blessed, and for every generation after her to know her as such. Mary said yes to carrying this savior of the world and she’s not going to renege on this. No matter the cost, she is standing her ground in Christ.

Something Wicked This Way Comes

Borrowed from Macbeth, Steve takes the line "Something wicked this way comes," as the title for his message, emphasizing the ease with which Macbeth was deceived by the wicked witches, not simply because of them, but because of some unredeemed ambition for the throne that lived inside of him, and was provoked by the witches. This would ultimately lead Macbeth to doing the unimaginable and killing the King in order that the witches prophecy could unfold. Steve takes this scene from Macbeth and shows how this same demonic and deceitful influence which preyed on the unredeemed parts of Macbeths heart, is preying on those in politics, culture, and the Church today. As Paul expressed to Timothy, "Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons" (I Tim. 4:1).

This message is a strong word to the Church, focusing on the David and Goliath story from a perspective that will leave you encouraged, equipped, and ready to take back the territory the enemy has laid claim to. Goliath's size and David’s stones aren’t the attention here. It's the enemy army and its giant occupying God’s purchased property that should be given attention. They have camped at Ephes Dammim, the Boundary of Blood, and the Exiled One has penetrated the blood boundary and is occupying territory that isn’t his! Sound familiar? Here's a fact: every time the enemy of our soul occupies territory in our lives that Jesus shed His blood to redeem us from, he has penetrated the blood boundary and is occupying property that isn't his. That’s when we fight! The blood redeems us; the blood enables us to overcome; the enemy is trespassing on God’s purchased property when he comes against us and tries to occupy our territory! It's time to appropriate our victory over him!

In the days we are living in, it is evident that there are very few people who treasure truth and live in light of it. Twisting, lies, and deceipt seem to be the lay of the land. We however, as the people of God have a chance to take the truth which has fallen, cradle it in our arms in 2022 and take it with us everywhere we go allowing it to pervade our lives and the lives around us, becoming the salt which flavors the life we are called to live for the King.
