Hitting rock bottom, then discovering it was only a trap door to another false "rock bottom", then another, and another, opens us up to the truth of life, the truth of what matters.

Over the last 10+ years, I've developed a method and a body of work that works really well when we're in times of life transition, survival mode or self sabotage...when we're wanting a change. It's simple, it's layered, effective and practical. I need a venue to share and I want to hit record when I'm inspired.
