The shooting in Minneapolis by an ICE agent is predictably being presented as excessive force by law enforcement. A careful examination of the facts shows that it was actually a very proper application of lethal force in self-defense. The laws of all 50 states agree on both the elements and propriety of the act. 

Left-wing protesters have no right to interfere with ICE. Further, Minnesota's Governor Walz is brushing very close to armed sedition or treason with his orders to the Minnesota National Guard.
