    <description><![CDATA[<p>In this episode of Primary Care Spotlight we are talking about the new Skills Bootcamp for Clinical Pathways for Primary and Social Care.  This is new and exciting initiative from Cornwall Primary Care Training Hub and the Future Skills Institute at Truro and Penwith College. Who have collaborated to provide a new short training course in essential clinical skills competencies for Health Care Support Workers working in primary and social care settings. </p><p>This will be a mixed cohort of primary care and social care who will work together on the sessions applicable to both groups and then will separate into their area of spciality for training specific to their area.
