In this profound interview, I talk with my client and friend, Karen Anderson about how clearing toxic shame from her body enabled her to not judge herself for enjoying wine AND decrease her drinking in the process.

Karen is a Master Certified Life Coach who specializes in difficult mother/daughter relationships. She talks candidly about her own relationship with her mother, how that impacted her drinking, and how focusing on what SHE wanted freed her from the black and white thinking we can entrap ourselves in when it comes to alcohol and sobriety.

If you would like to reach Karen, you can find her on her website at
https://kclanderson.com/

If you're ready to change how YOU use alcohol in your life, send me a message at
jennie@themindfuldrinkingcoach.com

As always, stay intoxicatingly lit my ladies.

Cheers.

xoxo
