Okay… we’re saying the quiet part out loud today.

Some of you don’t hate being seen. You hate what you make it mean about you.

I went away on vacation… and came back to say goodbye to my cat.

You know the story of bunnies and baskets.

To aid in this, we’ll delve into two powerful tools taught in depth within HONEY: the Sacred Gate Meditation and the Vocal Positioning System. Welcome back to our series on HONEY 🍯 . Today, we’re diving into some deep shadow work—let’s talk about vocal wounds. You know, those moments when you want to speak up but find yourself biting your tongue or you start speaking to people please? That’s what we're tackling today.

Vocal wounds can show up as people-pleasing or feeling like a doormat. They often stem from using vocal masks, which can block your growth, abundance, and love. I know it sounds heavy, but it’s crucial to unpack this. Research shows that suppressing your voice can mess with your mental and physical health—think increased anxiety and stress.

Let me share a little of my story. I used to hide my true self in my first marriage because I was surrounded by intellectuals who didn’t get my spiritual side. It was exhausting, and I felt like I had to split myself in two. If you can relate, know you’re not alone.

Here’s the thing: you are perfect just as you are. Perfectionism only holds you back. True success and happiness come from embracing your whole self. It’s time to reclaim those pieces you’ve tucked away and let your voice shine through.

To help you start the healing process, here are three tips:

1. Practice speaking only when you have high energy: Choose moments when you feel vibrant and confident.
2. Avoid too much caffeine: It can lead to jitters and anxiety, which can stifle your voice.
3. Take care of your body: Remember, your physical well-being affects your energy and voice.

That’s what I mean when I say your voice is honey 🍯 . It’s that delicious, abundant nectar that feels good to speak and good to listen to. It’s attractive, magnetic, and powerful. Speaking with this kind of honey lets you feel uplifted, inspired, and aligned—and trust me, it’s contagious to anyone who hears you.

And yes, I have to tell you about Mary Magdalene! Learning about her opened me up to a whole new understanding of Jesus and early Christianity—one that’s not really talked about. Through those teachings, I realized the voice is this sacred, divine channel. It’s how we both speak and listen to what Source needs from us. Your throat becomes this feedback loop for intuition and self-expression.

Welcome to the Vocal Power Podcast Series

Have you ever spoken up and angered somoneone unintentionally? Have you ever stepped into your power only to be abandoned?

If yes, you probably have Vocal Wounds and they are preventing your from speaking up and using your voie out of fear of repeating the same painful moments.

But when we learn how to heal them we project, not pain and lack, but love and abundance.

The voice is fascinating. It's basically the mirror of your soul.

What we don't often consider, however, is how our inner wounds and fears get projected out into the world through our voice and can attract in the things we don't want.

Because energy travels through the voice... that literally is how the voice moves from a mouth to an ear... molecules of air (energy).

If you're in a sad mood, your voice will be in a lower pitch and often monotone... and you'll attract other people who are a match!

I was very monotone during my divorce, which signaled I was operating in a lower frequency of emotion.

But as I began to heal, my voice started to lift  

And I was signaling that I was operating in a higher frequency... get it?

And that's what our partners are secretly listening for on a subconscious level. Is this person stuck in a low mood/energy/emotion? Can they handle or allow themselves to experience lighter emotions?

The voice tells all!

I healed, and my voice showed it. This is what my partner heard and his heart knew I had a depth to me and joy. 

Lets talk about how you can heal the vocal wounds and investigate how your pitch may be indicating some stuck energy in your throat.
