We want more than anything to belong to the tribe. Naturally an adaptive desire, in today&apos;s modern society it is a disaster. Our systems have stripped us of our critical thinking &amp; we&apos;re constantly triggered which means we have no resources to do anything but defend threats and/or pick fights. In this depleted state, we just go along with whatever everyone else is doing because it&apos;s easier and saves us energy in the short term.
