Because no two nervous systems are the same, it’s crucial to understand how your body responds to a given activity, situation, or relationship and make adjustments accordingly to live a life with more ease and joy. In this episode, I discuss just how to make this shift from external messages to the internal messages of your body and the benefits of doing so. We also discuss the concept of interoception and the exciting research showing us that the more connected we are to the internal sensations and messages of our body, the more successful we can be.

✨ Follow Kendra on IG @kendradela
💻 Looking for a therapist who gets it? www.childtherapycenterla.com
